Zodiac’s Second Lover’s Lane Murder, First Letter and Solves

The attack on Michael Mageau and Darlene Ferrin are the second set of lover’s lane murders that takes place, but only yields one death unbeknownst to the killer. Shortly after this attack, we see the persona of the killer for the first time in 3 letters written to newspapers and Vallejo PD. These letters included a 3-part cipher with 1/3 of the message going to each agency. We have the dawning of the Zodiac Killer.
