2000 Dennis turns Jack into the FBI for the Zodiac Killer attacks. By 2002 Dennis doesn’t feel he is being taken seriously, and tells Jack who then turns over his belongings in a shed in AZ to Dennis, and very coincidentally Tom Voigt receives a letter providing DNA and fingerprints. Another letter in 2003 claims Tom should know he is the real deal. This is Zodiac persona to want to tell the story and for them to get it right. Who would do this if DNA and fingerprints didn’t match?
