These are rough years for Jack and Nora. Several moves take place over this time frame. Flova, Jack’s mom, passes away. Nora loses eye sight, and goes into the hospital to have a leg amputated. Dennis finds things after her death that makes him believe that Jack hastened her demise. This prompts more moves and a gypsy like experience for Jack and Charles.
