As we wrap up the testimony of a possible real suspect in this case, you can see that William Coleman does not seem to remember what he told the police, and his testimony is all over the place. This is so questionable, and I can not see why it would be considered valuable to the DA if only to confuse the jury because it does not add any probable value in the conviction of Mr. Wilson. Still to come, allegations and police reports of money laundering and drug trafficking with help of the victim.

Good morning, True seekers and true crime junkies. Welcome back

9
00:00:55.840 --> 00:00:59.119
to another episode of Hit the Roadjack Finding the Zodiac.

10
00:00:59.520 --> 00:01:03.840
We're going to be climbing back into the testimony of William, Yes,

11
00:01:03.920 --> 00:01:07.959
William Coleman in the wrongful conviction case of Peter Wilson.

12
00:01:08.280 --> 00:01:11.400
I'd like to first admite to the show, Harriet Souchet.

13
00:01:16.760 --> 00:01:19.920
His testimony gets even more seedier. So I just kind

14
00:01:19.920 --> 00:01:22.319
of wanted to pre er match everybody up if you

15
00:01:22.359 --> 00:01:26.239
haven't been following along with this particular podcast, which we've

16
00:01:26.239 --> 00:01:28.840
segued from the Zodiac at this point to cover a

17
00:01:28.920 --> 00:01:33.480
wrongful conviction case in which case the client, the person

18
00:01:33.519 --> 00:01:35.959
that has been incarcerated for thirty years for murder he

19
00:01:36.000 --> 00:01:38.200
did not commit. I am just trying to get his

20
00:01:38.319 --> 00:01:41.599
information out there, and we've been reading over the testimony

21
00:01:41.719 --> 00:01:44.760
of William Coleman, which is the roommate in the house.

22
00:01:44.799 --> 00:01:46.560
So just to kind of catch you up real quick,

23
00:01:47.959 --> 00:01:50.719
mister Wilson came home from the bay from the San

24
00:01:50.760 --> 00:01:54.760
Francisco area at approximately three o'clock in the morning. He

25
00:01:54.879 --> 00:01:58.040
stepped out his back door from his room. He had

26
00:01:58.040 --> 00:02:01.879
two doors, one that led outside in one that went

27
00:02:01.959 --> 00:02:05.120
inside to the house, but he would commonly come and

28
00:02:05.159 --> 00:02:07.920
go from the rear door. And he stepped back out

29
00:02:08.080 --> 00:02:10.879
to seven eleven to get some snacks and some drinks.

30
00:02:10.879 --> 00:02:15.159
And he arrived back home at approximately three three forty five,

31
00:02:15.240 --> 00:02:18.159
three fifty a m. In the morning to find his

32
00:02:18.439 --> 00:02:23.159
landlord dead on the basement floor. He immediately after seeing this,

33
00:02:23.520 --> 00:02:26.280
had ran to the other roommate's room and pounded on

34
00:02:26.319 --> 00:02:30.639
the door, yelling his name, mister Coleman or William William.

35
00:02:30.680 --> 00:02:34.319
I found gene kind of thing, and the door didn't open,

36
00:02:34.520 --> 00:02:38.840
so he actually opened mister Coleman's door, and when he

37
00:02:39.039 --> 00:02:42.520
opened that door, he found Coleman standing up, wide awake

38
00:02:42.680 --> 00:02:45.400
on the other side of that door, fully dressed. He

39
00:02:45.560 --> 00:02:50.280
had pants, shirt, shoes, sweatshirt on, looking like he was

40
00:02:50.319 --> 00:02:53.400
ready to actually leave for the day. For work, which

41
00:02:53.479 --> 00:02:55.400
was odd because he didn't work at four o'clock in

42
00:02:55.400 --> 00:02:57.319
the morning. He had the swing shift. He worked from

43
00:02:57.319 --> 00:03:01.120
eleven to seven. So we're going to pick up where

44
00:03:01.240 --> 00:03:05.560
the testimony of William Coleman is being asked in regards

45
00:03:05.599 --> 00:03:07.560
to how he was stressed why he was stressed. So

46
00:03:07.599 --> 00:03:09.479
we're going to pick up from there, and we're going

47
00:03:09.520 --> 00:03:12.879
to move forward. So basically, he was asked the question

48
00:03:13.080 --> 00:03:17.080
and what kind of shoes were those? Answer loafers these

49
00:03:17.159 --> 00:03:21.280
type question? Were they in fact those shoes? Answer? No,

50
00:03:21.360 --> 00:03:24.840
they are brown ones. Those are another color. Question When

51
00:03:24.840 --> 00:03:27.240
you got up Sunday morning, could you hear knocking on

52
00:03:27.280 --> 00:03:30.039
the door? Did you put on your shoes? Answer yes,

53
00:03:30.479 --> 00:03:35.719
question right away? All I'm sorry, answer quickly. Question And

54
00:03:35.759 --> 00:03:38.719
you wore shoes with you as you followed mister Wilson

55
00:03:38.719 --> 00:03:43.319
to the basement. Answer yes. Question and you any particular

56
00:03:43.360 --> 00:03:44.680
reason you put your shoes on?

57
00:03:45.439 --> 00:03:45.759
Answer?

58
00:03:45.919 --> 00:03:49.560
I put them on. So he never really again. Can

59
00:03:49.599 --> 00:03:52.039
you see how he's not answering these questions.

60
00:03:51.599 --> 00:03:52.240
Harriet.

61
00:03:53.560 --> 00:03:56.439
Asked any particular reason? He just says, I put them on.

62
00:03:58.199 --> 00:04:01.719
Can I interject one one little thing in this that

63
00:04:02.240 --> 00:04:06.759
caught me the last time too? Okay, so it's like

64
00:04:06.840 --> 00:04:09.719
he's putting on his shoes because he can't wear him

65
00:04:09.759 --> 00:04:12.439
in the house. But if it was just his socks,

66
00:04:12.560 --> 00:04:15.800
if his hair and stuff was on his socks, it

67
00:04:15.840 --> 00:04:19.920
would logically link him to something there inside the house.

68
00:04:20.680 --> 00:04:23.120
You know what I'm saying. He lives in the house.

69
00:04:23.439 --> 00:04:27.680
There's it's not a question of linking anything. Because he

70
00:04:27.759 --> 00:04:30.439
lives in the house. You're gonna expect to find his hair,

71
00:04:30.639 --> 00:04:33.519
his DNA, his fingerprints, all of these things in the house.

72
00:04:33.920 --> 00:04:37.519
The question here is is how is he completely dressed

73
00:04:37.879 --> 00:04:41.040
at four o'clock in the morning when mister when mister

74
00:04:42.240 --> 00:04:45.240
Wilson knocks on his door yelling for him to come

75
00:04:45.279 --> 00:04:47.639
help because he's found the landlord dead at the bottom

76
00:04:47.639 --> 00:04:51.360
of the basement floor. And not only does Coleman not

77
00:04:51.560 --> 00:04:55.240
answer the door, but when Wilson barges in, he finds

78
00:04:55.279 --> 00:04:58.439
him standing there fully dressed. Now, mind you, you've got

79
00:04:58.439 --> 00:05:01.639
to imagine that this is probably panic stricken the situation.

80
00:05:01.879 --> 00:05:06.040
It's happening very quickly. You know, when when mister Wilson

81
00:05:06.240 --> 00:05:09.560
is running down the hallway yelling William William, I found

82
00:05:09.600 --> 00:05:12.519
Gene and pounds on the door and gets no answer.

83
00:05:12.639 --> 00:05:15.439
And then opens the door immediately. This all probably happened

84
00:05:15.439 --> 00:05:18.000
in a matter of seconds. So this is why this

85
00:05:18.160 --> 00:05:21.920
testimony from Coleman is so fishy. So he says, the

86
00:05:21.959 --> 00:05:25.360
next question from the defense attorney is normally you wouldn't

87
00:05:25.399 --> 00:05:28.360
put your shoes on, would you? And the answer nope.

88
00:05:29.399 --> 00:05:31.959
Question what made you think about putting your shoes on

89
00:05:32.000 --> 00:05:34.959
at four o'clock in the morning. Answer, I put them on.

90
00:05:35.199 --> 00:05:35.759
That was it.

91
00:05:37.800 --> 00:05:41.319
Well, I gets back to the same basic point. And

92
00:05:41.439 --> 00:05:46.279
let's say he is allegedly the real killer and he

93
00:05:46.399 --> 00:05:50.040
got blood on his socks. Did they did they check

94
00:05:50.120 --> 00:05:52.519
him for that? You know, they had the shoes on.

95
00:05:52.720 --> 00:05:53.240
Did they see this?

96
00:05:53.399 --> 00:05:57.240
We we kind of we're going to cover. We're going

97
00:05:57.319 --> 00:05:59.879
to cover all of those things. You're not focusing on

98
00:05:59.879 --> 00:06:03.800
the point he's not allowed to wear shoes in the house. Yeah,

99
00:06:03.839 --> 00:06:06.480
So he is dressed in his room with his shoes on,

100
00:06:06.720 --> 00:06:09.279
actually looking like he's ready to leave the house.

101
00:06:09.480 --> 00:06:11.360
Probably some suspicious.

102
00:06:11.639 --> 00:06:15.920
It's very suspicious. He's doing something out of character when

103
00:06:16.040 --> 00:06:19.120
something such as a death has occurred inside of the house.

104
00:06:19.920 --> 00:06:24.120
So he says, the next question is, Okay, are you

105
00:06:24.199 --> 00:06:27.519
sure you didn't walk around in bare feet? Following mister Wilson.

106
00:06:28.160 --> 00:06:31.879
Cloman's answers, nope, And the defense attorney says, but mister

107
00:06:31.920 --> 00:06:36.000
Wilson knocked on the door, you were already dressed, he said, Nope,

108
00:06:36.800 --> 00:06:43.279
you didn't already have shoes on and pants and a sweatshirt. Nope.

109
00:06:44.160 --> 00:06:46.439
That sweatshirt that you put on, did you go to

110
00:06:46.480 --> 00:06:51.079
bed with that on? Nope. So the point behind this

111
00:06:51.120 --> 00:06:56.839
particular testimony is that he claims that that Wilson never

112
00:06:56.959 --> 00:07:01.839
said anything other than knocking on the door one time,

113
00:07:02.199 --> 00:07:05.560
and in that time frame, he jumped up, got dressed,

114
00:07:05.600 --> 00:07:09.920
put on shirt, shoes, pants, sweatshirt, and was fully dressed

115
00:07:09.920 --> 00:07:13.959
inside of one knock without Wilson saying a word. Good morning, Nolan.

116
00:07:14.560 --> 00:07:16.480
Yeah, I was waving at you, Nolan.

117
00:07:18.800 --> 00:07:19.120
What's that?

118
00:07:21.079 --> 00:07:21.360
Oh?

119
00:07:21.480 --> 00:07:31.839
Your sound is crackly, okay, hold on, it's very crackly,

120
00:07:31.959 --> 00:07:32.480
very weird.

121
00:07:39.759 --> 00:07:42.759
I got a public Yeah.

122
00:07:42.839 --> 00:07:54.519
Your your microphone is not sounding good at all. Yeah,

123
00:07:54.600 --> 00:08:05.800
what's that? Non ah? Yeah, because we can't understand any

124
00:08:05.839 --> 00:08:09.959
of it. That's okay, all right, So back to some

125
00:08:09.959 --> 00:08:13.519
more testimony here. Defense attorney asked you put that on

126
00:08:13.800 --> 00:08:17.160
after you got up, and Cooleman answers, yeah, I put

127
00:08:17.199 --> 00:08:21.319
it on. Quickly and question before mister Wilson, before you

128
00:08:21.439 --> 00:08:26.240
made contact with mister Wilson. Answer yes. Question when was

129
00:08:26.279 --> 00:08:29.319
the last time you laundered that shirt? Answer? I do

130
00:08:29.439 --> 00:08:32.919
my washing on Sunday. I take my wash to Sunday

131
00:08:32.960 --> 00:08:35.559
to the washer. Question do you know whether or not

132
00:08:35.600 --> 00:08:39.360
there was any blood on that Stanford shirt? Answer nope,

133
00:08:39.399 --> 00:08:47.600
there there is wasn't. No, there wasn't ambled, there is wasn't.

134
00:08:48.919 --> 00:08:52.360
Another question another question do you remember what you wore

135
00:08:52.399 --> 00:08:56.200
to work on the thirtieth Answer no. Question did you

136
00:08:56.240 --> 00:08:59.840
wear that sweatshirt? Answer the sweatshirt because it's cold, right

137
00:09:00.159 --> 00:09:02.840
a bike. As far as another shirt, I'm not sure.

138
00:09:03.320 --> 00:09:06.440
I would be so frustrated with this guy because you

139
00:09:06.480 --> 00:09:08.559
cannot get a straight answer out of him to save

140
00:09:08.600 --> 00:09:12.600
your life. Question did you wear that shirt while you

141
00:09:12.639 --> 00:09:14.840
were at work? Answer no, I took it off and

142
00:09:14.879 --> 00:09:17.360
put it in the closet. Question and you put it

143
00:09:17.360 --> 00:09:19.720
on when you went home? Answer? I put it on

144
00:09:20.039 --> 00:09:22.919
at the restaurant, came back, ride the bike back home

145
00:09:23.039 --> 00:09:26.399
because it's colder. Question when you got home, you took

146
00:09:26.600 --> 00:09:33.559
take that off that sweatshirt? Answer yes. Question when you

147
00:09:33.600 --> 00:09:35.360
took it off, do you know what you did?

148
00:09:35.360 --> 00:09:35.639
With it.

149
00:09:35.960 --> 00:09:38.159
Answer. I went to my room, took it off, put

150
00:09:38.200 --> 00:09:40.559
it in the table. On the table I put on,

151
00:09:40.879 --> 00:09:44.200
put my pants on this table. He didn't ask about

152
00:09:44.200 --> 00:09:47.480
the pants. But I'm glad you're over sharing. Question. Let

153
00:09:47.480 --> 00:09:49.960
me show you what has been marked as defense. Oh,

154
00:09:50.120 --> 00:09:52.240
ask you to look at that. Do you recognize that

155
00:09:52.320 --> 00:09:56.200
as your sweatshirt? Answered? That's correct, And so that means

156
00:09:56.200 --> 00:09:59.080
they took pictures of him in the sweatshirt or they

157
00:09:59.159 --> 00:10:02.799
took pictures of the sweatshirt, he said. Question, and that

158
00:10:02.960 --> 00:10:06.639
is the one with the Stanford on it. Answered that's correct. Question.

159
00:10:06.919 --> 00:10:10.039
Now you notice above your wrist area below the d

160
00:10:10.480 --> 00:10:13.679
appears to be a spot there looks like a red spot.

161
00:10:14.080 --> 00:10:18.559
Answer yes. Question do you know what that is? Answer?

162
00:10:18.679 --> 00:10:22.039
I have no idea. Question Did you have any blood

163
00:10:22.080 --> 00:10:25.320
on that shirt? Answer nope. I didn't have any blood

164
00:10:25.360 --> 00:10:28.559
on the shirt. Question none, none that you're aware of.

165
00:10:29.120 --> 00:10:32.200
Answer not that I was aware of. Question do you

166
00:10:32.320 --> 00:10:36.360
know what that red spot could be? Answer nope. Oh,

167
00:10:37.039 --> 00:10:51.039
you've got some feedback going on again there, Nolan something? Yes, yeah, something,

168
00:10:51.039 --> 00:10:56.519
because that's horrible sounding and it's causing feed All right, Okay,

169
00:10:59.600 --> 00:11:02.360
do you know what that red spot could be? Answer nope.

170
00:11:02.480 --> 00:11:05.600
Question did you spill anything on that shirt that you remember?

171
00:11:05.840 --> 00:11:09.000
Answer nope. Question are you pretty sure that is not blood?

172
00:11:09.559 --> 00:11:13.320
Answer I'm not sure about that. Question. Okay, did the

173
00:11:13.320 --> 00:11:18.120
police take this shirt? Answer no, and it's always nope.

174
00:11:18.200 --> 00:11:24.240
It's never no or no either way. The police didn't

175
00:11:24.279 --> 00:11:28.120
take his clothing. They took Wilson's clothing. So there's your

176
00:11:28.159 --> 00:11:31.360
answer to that particular question. But it does appear as

177
00:11:31.360 --> 00:11:35.159
though they took pictures of it, and obviously there is

178
00:11:35.240 --> 00:11:38.000
some red spots on it that they're questioning as to

179
00:11:38.000 --> 00:11:40.399
whether or not they were blood. But why they didn't

180
00:11:40.399 --> 00:11:43.320
take this shirt when they took everything from Wilson, It's

181
00:11:43.360 --> 00:11:45.919
just beyond me. They basically sat in their minds on

182
00:11:46.000 --> 00:11:48.120
the morning of the thirty first when they arrived and

183
00:11:48.200 --> 00:11:52.720
found Gene basically is what they called her. When they

184
00:11:52.759 --> 00:11:55.679
found Gene dead on the basement floor and the police

185
00:11:55.720 --> 00:12:01.559
came in, they immediately took every effort to put Wilson

186
00:12:01.759 --> 00:12:05.919
as the suspect by way of taking his clothing, taking

187
00:12:06.039 --> 00:12:09.399
a rate kid, a GSR kid like. They did everything

188
00:12:09.840 --> 00:12:12.519
to pretty much hem this guy up from the very beginning.

189
00:12:16.399 --> 00:12:18.840
I would love to see pictures of the socks.

190
00:12:20.639 --> 00:12:23.639
They did, obviously they didn't take anything from him.

191
00:12:23.919 --> 00:12:28.159
Yeah, no, no, I mean if they were getting the pictures. See,

192
00:12:28.240 --> 00:12:30.960
there's something wrong with that whole situation. And just like

193
00:12:31.000 --> 00:12:33.639
you're pointing out, he's dressed in one second.

194
00:12:33.879 --> 00:12:38.320
No, one second, one yep, once, that's the fastest get dressed.

195
00:12:38.320 --> 00:12:40.600
Wake up from your He went like this.

196
00:12:41.080 --> 00:12:43.480
It was like I dream of Genie dressed.

197
00:12:45.440 --> 00:12:50.639
He twitched his nose. So the testimony is as as

198
00:12:50.720 --> 00:12:54.919
it continues, is question you still have it? Answer yes.

199
00:12:55.200 --> 00:12:57.919
Question did the police take any physical Excuse me, did

200
00:12:57.919 --> 00:13:01.519
the police take any physical clothes from you? Answer? Nope?

201
00:13:01.960 --> 00:13:05.679
What the f I like, don't even begin to understand.

202
00:13:05.919 --> 00:13:08.279
Why did you take it from Wilson but not from Coleman?

203
00:13:09.080 --> 00:13:11.360
When you came home Saturday night? Was there anything on

204
00:13:11.399 --> 00:13:13.960
the stove that was left over from anyone having apparently

205
00:13:14.000 --> 00:13:17.720
cooked any meal? Answer nope. Question there was no pots

206
00:13:17.799 --> 00:13:22.080
or pans or anything. No, there were Were there any

207
00:13:22.159 --> 00:13:25.480
dish dirty dishes in the sink? Nope? Do you know

208
00:13:25.519 --> 00:13:27.240
whether there was any dirty dishes?

209
00:13:30.320 --> 00:13:30.759
I didn't.

210
00:13:30.799 --> 00:13:33.720
Okay, so sorry, let's skip to the next section of

211
00:13:33.759 --> 00:13:35.679
this because I found that one was kind of boring.

212
00:13:35.720 --> 00:13:39.279
He's asking about dishes that didn't exist. Question Okay, how

213
00:13:39.279 --> 00:13:42.840
about the turkey? Is that? Answer just turkey slice in

214
00:13:42.840 --> 00:13:45.720
which meat, just put two pieces of bread and put

215
00:13:45.720 --> 00:13:49.519
in microwave for one made of sandwich. Question that is

216
00:13:49.559 --> 00:13:53.519
Friday night? Answer that is correct. Question what about the

217
00:13:53.559 --> 00:13:56.039
microwave dinner that you had on Friday night? Where did

218
00:13:56.120 --> 00:14:00.519
that come from? Answer that was Saturday? Question that is

219
00:14:00.559 --> 00:14:04.240
on Saturday night. Answer, I had a microwave meal on

220
00:14:04.279 --> 00:14:07.240
Saturday night. Question that is the night that you had

221
00:14:07.279 --> 00:14:11.200
dinner with miss Kim. Answer that is correct. Holy crap,

222
00:14:11.279 --> 00:14:14.759
that right there should have stopped the entire I'm going

223
00:14:14.799 --> 00:14:18.159
to lose my crap right now. You guys, just reading

224
00:14:18.240 --> 00:14:23.559
that particular question that mister Coleman had dinner with the

225
00:14:23.679 --> 00:14:28.279
victim Saturday night while Wilson was gone, tells you that

226
00:14:28.919 --> 00:14:32.799
she wasn't killed between twelve forty eight and one fifty

227
00:14:32.840 --> 00:14:37.039
eight pm on Saturday. I'm absolutely sticking to my stomach

228
00:14:37.120 --> 00:14:40.080
by this, because here we have this testimony that's being

229
00:14:40.120 --> 00:14:42.399
read off to the jury, and the jury is being

230
00:14:42.440 --> 00:14:46.600
instructed or told by the DA that Miss Kim was

231
00:14:46.720 --> 00:14:49.840
killed between twelve forty eight pm and one fifty eight

232
00:14:49.879 --> 00:14:53.519
PM on Saturday, and now we have testimony, direct testimony

233
00:14:53.519 --> 00:14:55.879
from Coleman saying that he had dinner with her that night.

234
00:14:57.080 --> 00:15:02.679
It just makes me sick. Question, in fact, one reason

235
00:15:02.720 --> 00:15:04.840
you were confused here is because you had dinner with

236
00:15:04.840 --> 00:15:09.320
miss Kim on Friday and on Saturday night. Isn't that true? Answer?

237
00:15:09.559 --> 00:15:10.759
Not on Saturday night?

238
00:15:11.360 --> 00:15:19.799
What Saturday in the early am?

239
00:15:20.000 --> 00:15:23.879
No, that would have been Sunday. Now, that would have

240
00:15:23.879 --> 00:15:26.799
been Sunday early am. The point here, though, is that

241
00:15:26.879 --> 00:15:29.759
he just got done confirming that he had a microwave

242
00:15:29.799 --> 00:15:33.480
dinner and he enjoyed a dinner with him on Saturday night.

243
00:15:34.039 --> 00:15:36.320
Now when he said, now, when he's being asked, you

244
00:15:36.399 --> 00:15:39.120
had dinner with Miss Kim both Friday and Saturday night,

245
00:15:39.200 --> 00:15:42.679
he's saying, no, not on Saturday night. So which is it?

246
00:15:42.759 --> 00:15:45.279
I mean, Honestly, he recalls that the night he had

247
00:15:45.320 --> 00:15:47.759
the microwave dinner was Saturday night and that he in

248
00:15:47.799 --> 00:15:51.440
fact had dinner with it sounds to me like he

249
00:15:51.519 --> 00:15:55.000
realizes that that now messes up the entire role of

250
00:15:55.120 --> 00:15:58.320
the chronological order in which the DA is trying to

251
00:15:58.360 --> 00:16:01.039
set up, and he's now a to correct that by

252
00:16:01.039 --> 00:16:03.279
saying he didn't have dinner with her on Saturday night.

253
00:16:03.639 --> 00:16:07.600
I believe the earlier testimony is actually probably more factual.

254
00:16:08.240 --> 00:16:10.879
For him to remember the microwave dinner, to remember that

255
00:16:10.879 --> 00:16:13.320
that was Saturday night, not Friday night, and that he

256
00:16:13.360 --> 00:16:17.879
had had dinner with Miss Kim. Absolutely crazy and now

257
00:16:18.519 --> 00:16:19.799
am is still night.

258
00:16:20.360 --> 00:16:24.919
But he knows what he's doing, he knows what he's answered,

259
00:16:24.960 --> 00:16:26.679
how he's helping us.

260
00:16:28.039 --> 00:16:29.120
Did you catch any of that.

261
00:16:29.120 --> 00:16:36.279
Nolan, Yeah, no, change it. He changed his testimony about

262
00:16:36.279 --> 00:16:36.679
the dinner.

263
00:16:37.799 --> 00:16:42.440
Well, he very distinctively remembers which night he had the

264
00:16:42.440 --> 00:16:45.759
microwave meal and that he actively ate that meal with

265
00:16:45.879 --> 00:16:49.519
Miss Kim, which puts her alive at eight thirty or

266
00:16:49.600 --> 00:16:51.559
so when he got home. He says, he came home

267
00:16:51.559 --> 00:16:54.080
from work and he, you know, made his meal. And

268
00:16:54.159 --> 00:16:58.919
now he's specifically correct. He corrects the defense attorney by

269
00:16:59.000 --> 00:17:02.639
saying that the microwave dinner was not Friday night, it

270
00:17:02.679 --> 00:17:04.759
was Saturday night, and that he had had dinner with

271
00:17:04.920 --> 00:17:07.559
Miss Kim. So for him to come back and now

272
00:17:07.640 --> 00:17:10.720
say not on Saturday night, like, it just blows my

273
00:17:10.839 --> 00:17:17.880
mind that nobody bought up so question. You just said

274
00:17:17.920 --> 00:17:20.880
that you did so basically the defense attorney saying you

275
00:17:20.960 --> 00:17:23.279
just said that you did have dinner with her Saturday night.

276
00:17:24.000 --> 00:17:26.519
His answer, I had dinner with her many times. It's

277
00:17:26.519 --> 00:17:29.319
hard to figure out what day and that two days.

278
00:17:32.359 --> 00:17:34.319
But he just had thee saying he had dinner with

279
00:17:34.319 --> 00:17:37.519
her both Friday and Saturday night. So it's not a

280
00:17:37.680 --> 00:17:40.799
question of which day because you just stated you had

281
00:17:41.039 --> 00:17:45.880
dinner with her both days. Question when you called nine

282
00:17:45.920 --> 00:17:48.799
one one, do you remember making that phone call? Answer yes.

283
00:17:49.119 --> 00:17:51.640
Question do you remember telling the police that miss Kim

284
00:17:51.720 --> 00:17:54.599
had been dead for four or five hours? Answer no?

285
00:17:55.519 --> 00:17:58.279
Question did you as I say that?

286
00:17:58.519 --> 00:17:58.759
Now?

287
00:17:58.799 --> 00:18:02.720
Does that ring a bell? What did you tell them? Answer? No,

288
00:18:03.039 --> 00:18:07.720
I don't. I don't remember saying that, mister Periscope, I

289
00:18:07.759 --> 00:18:10.759
think your honor, we have a stipulation at this point,

290
00:18:10.880 --> 00:18:13.680
an examination of the nine one one tape. People's number

291
00:18:13.759 --> 00:18:16.640
nine was played for the witness, Miss Condren. That is

292
00:18:16.680 --> 00:18:21.559
correct the court. All right, mister Periscue. Questioned by mister Tondreu,

293
00:18:21.839 --> 00:18:24.759
So did you hear you say four or five hours?

294
00:18:25.039 --> 00:18:28.359
Answer yes? Or longer? So now he said four or

295
00:18:28.400 --> 00:18:30.759
five hours or longer is his testimony.

296
00:18:31.480 --> 00:18:31.880
Question?

297
00:18:32.799 --> 00:18:35.200
So why did he have to hear the nine one

298
00:18:35.240 --> 00:18:37.599
one tape to know that he said it again. I

299
00:18:37.640 --> 00:18:42.440
feel like he's honestly attempting to deceive the court when

300
00:18:42.480 --> 00:18:51.039
he's giving many of these answers. Okay, question that would

301
00:18:51.119 --> 00:18:53.920
make you think she had excuse me, what would make

302
00:18:53.960 --> 00:18:56.400
you think she had been dead for four or five hours?

303
00:18:56.920 --> 00:19:00.039
Miss Condren, Mister learof the record should show that the

304
00:19:00.079 --> 00:19:02.920
person said was asked by the operator, do you know

305
00:19:02.960 --> 00:19:05.160
how long she has been dead? And the person said,

306
00:19:05.279 --> 00:19:08.079
I don't know, A long time, maybe said four or

307
00:19:08.119 --> 00:19:11.400
five hours. I don't even believe that's accurate. I believe

308
00:19:11.480 --> 00:19:12.799
that if we went back to the nine to one

309
00:19:12.920 --> 00:19:15.720
one recording that what she just stated there is a

310
00:19:15.720 --> 00:19:20.599
little bit off from what we read A long time.

311
00:19:20.640 --> 00:19:23.599
Maybe I don't remember him saying that, but we'll go

312
00:19:23.680 --> 00:19:28.839
back and look at that. Okay, let's see by mister Tondra,

313
00:19:28.960 --> 00:19:31.519
where do you come up with four or five hours? Answer?

314
00:19:31.680 --> 00:19:34.680
Okay to me, the blood on the under not the

315
00:19:34.759 --> 00:19:37.759
steps by her head. It was dry, she'd been there

316
00:19:37.799 --> 00:19:43.920
a long time, the basement is cold. And still didn't

317
00:19:43.920 --> 00:19:47.200
answer why you felt four or five hours? Question do

318
00:19:47.240 --> 00:19:49.400
you have any training in terms of looking at blood

319
00:19:49.440 --> 00:19:52.640
and making an estimate? Answer? Nope? Question where did you

320
00:19:52.680 --> 00:19:56.519
come up with four or five hours because there's dried blood. Answer,

321
00:19:56.680 --> 00:20:00.519
I just said, been there at least four or five hours.

322
00:20:01.279 --> 00:20:04.000
Question In fact, the lighting was pretty bad at that

323
00:20:04.079 --> 00:20:06.759
spot in the basement. Answer, like I said, I could

324
00:20:06.759 --> 00:20:10.440
see Miss Kim's face though. Question even though there was

325
00:20:10.480 --> 00:20:14.400
a brick fireplace between the light, I don't mean fireplace,

326
00:20:14.519 --> 00:20:17.240
brick fireplace or chimney between the light and her head.

327
00:20:17.759 --> 00:20:19.880
Answer I could see her face and her breast and

328
00:20:19.920 --> 00:20:23.079
her exposed in the light. Yes, question you could see

329
00:20:23.079 --> 00:20:26.079
that her face was pale? Answer yes, like all white,

330
00:20:26.200 --> 00:20:29.279
no color. Questions Did you touch anything when you went

331
00:20:29.359 --> 00:20:32.759
down in the basement? Answer no, I didn't touch anything. Now,

332
00:20:32.839 --> 00:20:35.079
if we remember before you guys, he never went into

333
00:20:35.079 --> 00:20:37.759
the basement. He stopped at the third stair, was his claim.

334
00:20:37.839 --> 00:20:40.839
And he couldn't see down past mister Wilson because it

335
00:20:40.880 --> 00:20:44.240
was a narrow entryway into the basement. So how he

336
00:20:44.279 --> 00:20:47.720
could see around mister Wilson is beyond me. But now

337
00:20:47.759 --> 00:20:50.079
he's answering that he didn't touch anything when he went

338
00:20:50.119 --> 00:20:52.680
down into the basement, after stating he never fully went

339
00:20:52.759 --> 00:20:58.920
down questions he answer.

340
00:21:00.319 --> 00:21:03.440
His testimony is really phishy, And if I'm a defense

341
00:21:03.559 --> 00:21:07.680
where I tear him apart on cross examination and also

342
00:21:07.720 --> 00:21:09.359
on final argument to the jury.

343
00:21:10.319 --> 00:21:12.039
His testimony is wishy washing.

344
00:21:12.920 --> 00:21:19.319
It's crap. It's complete crap. He's answering any questions. He's

345
00:21:19.359 --> 00:21:25.599
answering the questions with specififity. My tongue doesn't want to

346
00:21:25.640 --> 00:21:31.839
work this morning, with actual memories, you know, the microwave

347
00:21:31.880 --> 00:21:34.839
meal being on Saturday night, having had dinner with Miss Kim.

348
00:21:35.079 --> 00:21:37.400
But then when asked the direct questions, so you had

349
00:21:37.400 --> 00:21:40.440
dinner with their Saturday night, he's saying no. So I

350
00:21:40.519 --> 00:21:42.839
tend to believe where he is more specific about the

351
00:21:42.880 --> 00:21:50.400
memories of the microwave meal. All right, let's see. All right,

352
00:21:50.480 --> 00:21:53.920
So he was asked if there was any handrails and

353
00:21:54.119 --> 00:21:57.279
his answer was no. Did you touch anything above you

354
00:21:57.359 --> 00:22:01.440
to stabilize yourself? Answer nope. Did you see mister Wilson

355
00:22:01.519 --> 00:22:06.400
touch anything? Answer nope, Question not at all, answer nope.

356
00:22:06.720 --> 00:22:09.359
Question did you see him touch the piece of wood

357
00:22:09.400 --> 00:22:13.680
across Miss Kim's answer nope. We already heard testimony from

358
00:22:13.680 --> 00:22:15.880
Coleman where he said that mister Wilson was trying to

359
00:22:15.920 --> 00:22:18.559
lift that four x twelve off of.

360
00:22:18.559 --> 00:22:23.720
Her down in the basement, that's why I'm I would

361
00:22:23.759 --> 00:22:26.960
be interested in seeing pictures of those socks, which.

362
00:22:27.160 --> 00:22:30.680
I'm okay, okay, I can't keep focusing you don't have any,

363
00:22:31.880 --> 00:22:36.519
but I can't keep focusing on something we don't have. Period,

364
00:22:36.559 --> 00:22:39.039
they didn't take pictures, it wasn't entered into evidence, and

365
00:22:39.079 --> 00:22:42.200
they didn't take any of his clothing from him. So

366
00:22:42.480 --> 00:22:45.240
question did you see I'm sorry? Question did you see

367
00:22:45.279 --> 00:22:47.880
him move it as if he was going to do that?

368
00:22:48.400 --> 00:22:51.440
Answer nope. Question did you see him touch the ceiling

369
00:22:51.440 --> 00:22:55.359
above him? Answer nope. Question you testified when mister Lureoff

370
00:22:55.480 --> 00:22:58.039
was asking you questions that mister Wilson may have moved

371
00:22:58.039 --> 00:23:00.880
around a little bit. Is that right? Answer? Yes, he

372
00:23:00.960 --> 00:23:03.880
was moving around. Question how much time did you spend

373
00:23:04.000 --> 00:23:08.000
moving around or did he spend moving around? Answer maybe

374
00:23:08.000 --> 00:23:11.599
twenty thirty seconds something like that. Question And is that

375
00:23:11.640 --> 00:23:14.039
basically how long you stood there looking down at miss

376
00:23:14.119 --> 00:23:17.880
Kim twenty or thirty seconds? Answer yes, something like that.

377
00:23:19.119 --> 00:23:21.880
Question how long did you stay there looking at miss Kim?

378
00:23:22.319 --> 00:23:26.759
Answer maybe thirty forty seconds? Question thirty or forty seconds?

379
00:23:26.920 --> 00:23:30.519
Answer yes. Question and during that thirty or forty seconds

380
00:23:30.759 --> 00:23:32.920
you see mister Wilson at the bottom of the steers

381
00:23:32.960 --> 00:23:36.839
moving around. Answer that's correct. Question what is he doing?

382
00:23:37.279 --> 00:23:39.559
Answer he said he was trying to move the board

383
00:23:39.559 --> 00:23:42.839
off Miss Kim. Question so he said that what did

384
00:23:42.839 --> 00:23:45.799
you see him do? Answer? I didn't see anything. I

385
00:23:45.799 --> 00:23:48.640
didn't see him do it. So now he didn't see anything.

386
00:23:49.119 --> 00:23:51.920
Before he could see Miss Kim's face, her breasts, her

387
00:23:51.960 --> 00:23:55.279
exposed body, her paleness, the dried blood, all these things

388
00:23:55.319 --> 00:23:58.880
he can describe, but he now doesn't see mister Wilson

389
00:23:58.960 --> 00:24:03.279
doing anything. Question were you watching what he was doing? Answer? Yes?

390
00:24:05.720 --> 00:24:09.119
Question were you watching what he was doing? Why did

391
00:24:09.119 --> 00:24:13.319
they ask that? Twice? Miss Conduran objection? And I don't

392
00:24:13.400 --> 00:24:17.000
know what her objection is. But mister Parscue says, excuse me,

393
00:24:17.599 --> 00:24:20.960
mister Parscue, you were watching what he was doing? Answer?

394
00:24:21.319 --> 00:24:24.559
What watching him? But I couldn't see what he was

395
00:24:24.960 --> 00:24:28.440
He was turned his back sometime sometimes not.

396
00:24:30.759 --> 00:24:31.359
Confused.

397
00:24:31.960 --> 00:24:35.119
Question could you see he was bending over? Answer no,

398
00:24:35.759 --> 00:24:38.920
could Question could you see whether he was squatting down?

399
00:24:39.160 --> 00:24:42.440
Answer no, sir. Question is there anything that you could

400
00:24:42.480 --> 00:24:44.440
see that you saw him do while he was in

401
00:24:44.519 --> 00:24:47.799
the bottom of the of the stairs? Answer no? Question

402
00:24:47.960 --> 00:24:52.519
is that because the lighting was bad? Answer? No question.

403
00:24:52.799 --> 00:24:55.960
Why is it that you couldn't see what he was doing? Answer?

404
00:24:56.079 --> 00:24:59.319
I just just couldn't see what he was doing. Question

405
00:24:59.480 --> 00:25:04.200
Were you paid attention? Answer nope, You're not paying attention.

406
00:25:04.359 --> 00:25:08.039
In the middle of a freaking murder scene, I would

407
00:25:08.079 --> 00:25:10.839
be gawking so heavily, probably in shock. I wouldn't know

408
00:25:10.880 --> 00:25:16.279
what to do. Like ah. Question did he ever step

409
00:25:16.359 --> 00:25:18.359
away from the bottom of the stairs. You know there

410
00:25:18.400 --> 00:25:20.799
is kind of a last step at the platform that

411
00:25:20.960 --> 00:25:24.160
is where the body was. Answer yes, question did he

412
00:25:24.200 --> 00:25:28.039
ever step away from that area for you? Answer no question,

413
00:25:28.119 --> 00:25:31.960
he was always on the flat platform. Answer yes. Question

414
00:25:32.039 --> 00:25:33.920
when you were up making the nine to one to

415
00:25:34.000 --> 00:25:36.440
one call, could you hear mister Wilson in the basement

416
00:25:37.279 --> 00:25:41.359
Wilson was shouting to you through the door? Answer no question.

417
00:25:41.519 --> 00:25:44.279
Was mister Wilson shouting to you through the door? Answer

418
00:25:44.440 --> 00:25:46.960
no question. Let me show you a page of a

419
00:25:47.039 --> 00:25:50.480
report prepared by Officer Trio. Would you read the first

420
00:25:50.519 --> 00:25:54.240
sentence in that paragraph right here to yourself? Answer yeah.

421
00:25:54.519 --> 00:25:59.279
Question do you remember telling Answer yes, I remember saying that. Question.

422
00:25:59.519 --> 00:26:02.680
What did you tell him about mister Wilson shouting? Answer?

423
00:26:02.759 --> 00:26:05.519
He said William William I jumped up and I put

424
00:26:05.519 --> 00:26:09.960
my pants on, hold on and your shirt and your

425
00:26:10.000 --> 00:26:16.119
shoots a speasure. Question slow down, keep your voice up.

426
00:26:16.240 --> 00:26:20.759
Answer okay. Question was he shouting anything other than William

427
00:26:20.799 --> 00:26:24.920
William William? Answer no question. Did you hear him shouting

428
00:26:24.960 --> 00:26:29.480
about Gene? Answer no question? Are you certain about that? Answer?

429
00:26:29.640 --> 00:26:32.880
I'm certain about that question. Did you only hear mister

430
00:26:32.920 --> 00:26:36.480
Wilson knock on the door one time? Answer yes? Question

431
00:26:36.640 --> 00:26:38.519
Was there anyone in your room with you when mister

432
00:26:38.559 --> 00:26:43.400
Wilson knocked on the door? Answer no. So that that

433
00:26:43.599 --> 00:26:47.480
is the end of what we have for mister Coleman's testimony.

434
00:26:47.599 --> 00:26:51.880
I think that everybody can see how heavily confused this

435
00:26:52.000 --> 00:26:55.880
individual is in his answers and what that literally means

436
00:26:55.960 --> 00:27:00.359
to the freedoms of mister Wilson, because I think that

437
00:27:00.559 --> 00:27:03.440
we had all the answers we needed to have right there.

438
00:27:03.519 --> 00:27:06.559
That blew apart the DA's case and suggests that the

439
00:27:06.640 --> 00:27:09.400
murder did not occur between the hours of twelve forty

440
00:27:09.440 --> 00:27:13.079
eight pm and one fifty eight pm on Saturday, since

441
00:27:13.240 --> 00:27:16.880
Kim was alive and eating dinner with mister Coleman at

442
00:27:16.880 --> 00:27:20.359
approximately eight thirty eight forty five pm, on Saturday evening

443
00:27:20.640 --> 00:27:23.799
while mister Wilson was still off in San Francisco getting

444
00:27:24.119 --> 00:27:28.119
his hand bandaged from the taxi cab driver slamming it

445
00:27:28.200 --> 00:27:31.440
in the car door and breaking I guess some fingers

446
00:27:31.680 --> 00:27:35.920
and ripping off a fingernail, in which case there is testimony,

447
00:27:36.079 --> 00:27:41.160
there is medical records, there is a incident report filed

448
00:27:41.160 --> 00:27:43.599
by the cab driver in regards to the injury and

449
00:27:43.720 --> 00:27:49.400
having done that injury to mister Wilson. So I really

450
00:27:49.440 --> 00:27:52.160
hope that he does get this writ of habeas corpus

451
00:27:52.240 --> 00:27:56.160
based on some of this information. Now it starts to

452
00:27:56.160 --> 00:27:58.079
get a little bit more interesting because now we get

453
00:27:58.119 --> 00:28:03.079
into handwriting. I was actually provided with the handwritten receipts

454
00:28:03.160 --> 00:28:07.200
that mister Wilson had received from miss Kim in regards

455
00:28:07.200 --> 00:28:09.839
to paying rent and a contract that we're going to

456
00:28:09.920 --> 00:28:13.759
talk about, which I didn't even know about until Harriet

457
00:28:13.799 --> 00:28:17.119
had actually researched and found information in regards to them

458
00:28:17.519 --> 00:28:20.880
claiming that mister Wilson had killed Kim in order or

459
00:28:20.920 --> 00:28:23.839
an attempt to take over her house. Right, that was

460
00:28:23.920 --> 00:28:25.119
kind of the article you read.

461
00:28:25.680 --> 00:28:28.359
It would be the basics of the idea of why.

462
00:28:28.960 --> 00:28:30.640
The theory as to why it happened.

463
00:28:31.440 --> 00:28:33.519
Okay, so we're going to blow that theory out of

464
00:28:33.519 --> 00:28:37.880
the water right now. So Lynda Condrin introduces false evidence

465
00:28:37.880 --> 00:28:41.720
that Wilson forcefully sat Kim down on Saturday between twelve

466
00:28:41.799 --> 00:28:44.079
forty eight pm and one fifty eight pm to write

467
00:28:44.079 --> 00:28:47.559
receipts for September, November, and December, and the Public Defender

468
00:28:47.599 --> 00:28:51.000
did not object to the introduction of that evidence. In fact,

469
00:28:51.039 --> 00:28:52.880
there would be no reason to sit her down before

470
00:28:52.960 --> 00:28:55.599
killing her to write receipts for rent six to seven

471
00:28:55.640 --> 00:29:00.440
months previous. Why sit her down in March and force

472
00:29:00.480 --> 00:29:05.440
her to write a rental receipt for September, November, December? Like,

473
00:29:05.640 --> 00:29:09.279
none of this makes any sense whatsoever. If he hadn't

474
00:29:09.319 --> 00:29:11.960
been paying rent, would I would think that he would

475
00:29:12.000 --> 00:29:13.920
have forced her to write him for the current months

476
00:29:13.960 --> 00:29:18.240
that he was there, right March February, you know something

477
00:29:18.359 --> 00:29:20.240
recently to cover CYA.

478
00:29:21.759 --> 00:29:23.440
Yeah, none of it makes three sense.

479
00:29:24.279 --> 00:29:28.039
No, no, So, nor would mister Wilson want to kill Kim.

480
00:29:28.160 --> 00:29:31.359
She actually owed him nine months of free rent, rent,

481
00:29:31.400 --> 00:29:34.160
free living in exchange for interest of five hundred and

482
00:29:34.200 --> 00:29:37.279
twenty five dollars a month, and Louis alone that mister

483
00:29:37.359 --> 00:29:40.119
Wilson actually gave Kim of three hundred thousand that shows

484
00:29:40.160 --> 00:29:42.079
she was to pay back by the end of nineteen

485
00:29:42.160 --> 00:29:46.319
ninety six. So they actually had a forensic document examiner

486
00:29:46.400 --> 00:29:49.519
involved in this case. It was Lloyd Cunningham. He testifies

487
00:29:49.559 --> 00:29:52.839
that Kim actually wrote the receipts and signed the contract

488
00:29:52.880 --> 00:29:55.240
that we're going to be looking at. So a little

489
00:29:55.279 --> 00:29:58.359
bit of background on Lloyd Cunningham. I've had a couple

490
00:29:58.519 --> 00:30:01.519
instances with him, may actually know him as one of

491
00:30:01.559 --> 00:30:05.480
the original document examiners in the Zodiac Killer case. We

492
00:30:05.640 --> 00:30:08.720
have never really had any pleasantries by any means. I

493
00:30:08.839 --> 00:30:12.000
did handle a case for a client. It was about

494
00:30:12.000 --> 00:30:15.400
a three hundred and eighty thousand dollars fraud case where

495
00:30:15.559 --> 00:30:19.079
the daughter of a man that has was basically you know,

496
00:30:19.200 --> 00:30:23.240
going through dementia in Alzheimer's type issues, and she had

497
00:30:23.680 --> 00:30:27.359
you know, filed for or I'm sorry, she had applied

498
00:30:27.400 --> 00:30:28.599
for all kinds of credit.

499
00:30:28.400 --> 00:30:29.000
On the internet.

500
00:30:29.119 --> 00:30:32.119
He was a good old boy Italian, you know, mattress money,

501
00:30:32.480 --> 00:30:35.920
wrote checks for everything, paid cash for everything, didn't have credit.

502
00:30:36.359 --> 00:30:40.359
Now he's over eighty thousand dollars in debt. There's wills

503
00:30:40.400 --> 00:30:42.960
that have been forged, I'm there to represent my client,

504
00:30:43.000 --> 00:30:46.000
who is the current wife of this individual, to indicate

505
00:30:46.079 --> 00:30:48.920
that these are forged wills. And it turns out that

506
00:30:49.119 --> 00:30:51.960
Lloyd Cunningham ends up on the opposite side of the case.

507
00:30:52.400 --> 00:30:54.279
And of course I knew that he was up there.

508
00:30:54.400 --> 00:30:56.480
I knew that there was the good old boy system

509
00:30:56.559 --> 00:30:59.440
going on because all three of them, Lloyd Cunningham, the

510
00:30:59.519 --> 00:31:02.240
judge on the bench, and the opposing council, were all

511
00:31:02.319 --> 00:31:05.319
talking about having tickets to the game that night and

512
00:31:05.400 --> 00:31:06.920
that they needed to make sure they were out of

513
00:31:06.960 --> 00:31:10.480
there by four point thirty. That's when I firstly that

514
00:31:10.759 --> 00:31:14.839
was in Ala I think it was Alameda County. Well, okay,

515
00:31:17.519 --> 00:31:19.200
I'd have to go back and check. It was the

516
00:31:19.480 --> 00:31:22.839
Richard Scagliola case. And of course that case they won.

517
00:31:23.079 --> 00:31:26.240
The opposing side won, and I was so broken hearted

518
00:31:26.720 --> 00:31:30.319
because I knew that Lloyd Cunningham was in on it.

519
00:31:30.440 --> 00:31:32.240
I knew that he was lying, just based on the

520
00:31:32.319 --> 00:31:34.440
fact that they were all talking about having tickets to

521
00:31:34.519 --> 00:31:36.799
the game together and they were going that night, that

522
00:31:36.960 --> 00:31:39.039
we had no chance in hell of winning this case

523
00:31:39.079 --> 00:31:42.279
based on the facts. About ten months afterwards, I was

524
00:31:42.400 --> 00:31:45.960
contacted by the very man who hired Lloyd Cunningham, and

525
00:31:46.200 --> 00:31:49.480
he had now been defrauded by the same girls that

526
00:31:49.640 --> 00:31:52.839
I was against in that courtroom. He said that he

527
00:31:53.079 --> 00:31:56.359
and he was a former link analysis detective for the

528
00:31:56.480 --> 00:31:59.839
San Francisco PD and he is good friends or what

529
00:32:00.160 --> 00:32:03.400
good friends with Lloyd Cunningham. He asked Lloyd Cunningham to

530
00:32:03.480 --> 00:32:06.599
defend his stepdaughter, knowing that she was wrong, and he

531
00:32:06.680 --> 00:32:08.799
had indicated to me that he had saved her many

532
00:32:08.880 --> 00:32:11.920
times over her childhood and adult years. Every time she

533
00:32:12.000 --> 00:32:14.480
got busted and brought home by the police, they would

534
00:32:14.519 --> 00:32:23.279
just release them to him because interested the way, I

535
00:32:23.440 --> 00:32:23.799
heard that.

536
00:32:26.319 --> 00:32:29.519
Somebody wants to contribute to the conversation.

537
00:32:29.839 --> 00:32:38.079
Right right, So basically I had first hand conversation with

538
00:32:38.240 --> 00:32:41.759
the individual who hired Lloyd Cunningham, knowing that Lloyd Cunningham

539
00:32:41.880 --> 00:32:45.359
was getting up there to lie. And unfortunately this man

540
00:32:45.480 --> 00:32:49.160
died about another eleven months afterwards because when he contacted me,

541
00:32:49.680 --> 00:32:51.640
he reached out to me because he had been in

542
00:32:51.720 --> 00:32:55.279
the hospital suffering from MRSA while I was handling the

543
00:32:55.359 --> 00:32:58.920
case in court. And while he went he had half

544
00:32:58.960 --> 00:33:02.759
his foot removed waiting for the mother of the daughter

545
00:33:02.920 --> 00:33:05.319
that I was going up against to show up to

546
00:33:05.359 --> 00:33:07.599
pick him up from the hospital. Nobody showed up to

547
00:33:07.640 --> 00:33:09.440
pick him up, so he had to take a cab

548
00:33:09.519 --> 00:33:12.319
home from the hospital. After suffering all that he had

549
00:33:12.359 --> 00:33:15.000
gone through while he was there, he gets back to

550
00:33:15.119 --> 00:33:17.720
his house in the Pacific Palisades and he finds that

551
00:33:17.839 --> 00:33:21.000
seventy five percent of his house has been removed. These

552
00:33:21.079 --> 00:33:23.880
girls while he was in the hospital, went in and

553
00:33:24.160 --> 00:33:27.279
emptied out his house. Basically, he invited me up. I

554
00:33:27.359 --> 00:33:30.000
got to come to his house. We sat down, we talked.

555
00:33:31.799 --> 00:33:34.000
It was very disheartening to know that there was some

556
00:33:34.519 --> 00:33:36.279
and I get it. I know that there are people

557
00:33:36.359 --> 00:33:38.400
out there capable of doing this. Call in a favor,

558
00:33:38.519 --> 00:33:41.200
you'll get somebody off, especially if you have that kind

559
00:33:41.240 --> 00:33:43.880
of poll being in the police or you know, knowing

560
00:33:43.960 --> 00:33:47.319
people like Lloyd Cunningham. But shame on you, Lloyd Cunningham,

561
00:33:47.480 --> 00:33:49.640
for getting up there and lying to the court and

562
00:33:49.759 --> 00:33:53.319
allowing this woman to turn around and actually deprive the

563
00:33:53.559 --> 00:33:56.480
very individual who asked you to help her from all

564
00:33:56.559 --> 00:33:59.880
of his livelihood basically, and I think that due to

565
00:34:00.039 --> 00:34:03.160
to the severe stress and oh they also went into

566
00:34:03.359 --> 00:34:07.319
his bank and cleared out his police account, so he

567
00:34:07.400 --> 00:34:13.039
had a retirement fund account from having been with the police.

568
00:34:13.400 --> 00:34:16.519
They cleared out that bank account, so they this man

569
00:34:16.599 --> 00:34:19.320
suffered so much stress after coming home and going through

570
00:34:19.400 --> 00:34:23.559
something as tragic as MRSA and losing half his foot.

571
00:34:23.960 --> 00:34:26.599
I think that the stress and the being overwhelmed and

572
00:34:26.639 --> 00:34:28.840
his age and everything took its toll, and he died

573
00:34:28.920 --> 00:34:31.159
shortly after. So I never actually got to go up

574
00:34:31.159 --> 00:34:33.360
against these girls again. The lord.

575
00:34:35.159 --> 00:34:36.960
How did they get bank access.

576
00:34:37.400 --> 00:34:39.719
Because she, the wife, was on the account, which is

577
00:34:39.800 --> 00:34:43.639
the mother of the daughter right right. And it's even

578
00:34:43.760 --> 00:34:47.360
crazier is that when the mother married his name was

579
00:34:47.400 --> 00:34:53.199
Tom Dickinson. When the mother married him, he adopted the girl,

580
00:34:53.760 --> 00:34:58.719
who then defrauded her biological father. So this girl had

581
00:34:58.760 --> 00:35:01.599
no care or concern for her her father ever obviously

582
00:35:01.679 --> 00:35:04.159
to allow another man to adopt her, and I believe

583
00:35:04.239 --> 00:35:07.800
that he adopted her after she was eighteen, So she

584
00:35:08.000 --> 00:35:11.280
takes this man's last name long after she you know,

585
00:35:11.519 --> 00:35:15.000
is an adult now, and then turns around and takes

586
00:35:15.039 --> 00:35:18.320
her father and defrauds everything that she can and then

587
00:35:18.960 --> 00:35:21.920
forges a will giving her half of the house that

588
00:35:22.280 --> 00:35:25.599
him and his current wife had owned, forcing my client

589
00:35:25.679 --> 00:35:27.639
to have to sell her house or buy them out.

590
00:35:28.519 --> 00:35:31.800
It was absolutely disgusting. Thank you good cunning him.

591
00:35:32.280 --> 00:35:32.480
Yep.

592
00:35:32.599 --> 00:35:35.239
So there's a little background, but obviously he was true

593
00:35:35.280 --> 00:35:37.960
and correct in this particular case by stating that these

594
00:35:38.039 --> 00:35:41.960
were written. I don't see any indications in this handwriting

595
00:35:42.039 --> 00:35:44.599
of what I would consider to be stressed, dressed, or

596
00:35:44.760 --> 00:35:47.639
undue influence. She doesn't. It doesn't. I mean I would

597
00:35:47.679 --> 00:35:50.320
expect it if she's scared, if she believes her life

598
00:35:50.400 --> 00:35:52.599
is in danger, that we are going to see tremors

599
00:35:52.639 --> 00:35:55.360
and shakiness and things going on. You don't see any

600
00:35:55.400 --> 00:35:57.800
of that in these receipts. But again, these receipts have

601
00:35:57.920 --> 00:36:00.400
no bearing on anything, and nobody would for she to

602
00:36:00.440 --> 00:36:02.599
sit down and write something for six months back. It

603
00:36:02.679 --> 00:36:03.920
makes absolutely no sense.

604
00:36:04.880 --> 00:36:09.039
So what I find out about the whole situation is

605
00:36:09.679 --> 00:36:12.559
who the heck OANs someone three hundred thousand dollars? Just

606
00:36:13.480 --> 00:36:14.199
I don't know where.

607
00:36:14.800 --> 00:36:19.000
I'm gonna I'm gonna explain that now. So Kim told

608
00:36:19.119 --> 00:36:21.800
Wilson that she was unable to sell her rental house

609
00:36:21.840 --> 00:36:24.679
in San Jose and had to refin her Palo Alto

610
00:36:25.000 --> 00:36:28.360
in order to cover the mortgage payment she needed three

611
00:36:28.440 --> 00:36:31.039
hundred I don't know why three hundred K became the

612
00:36:31.119 --> 00:36:33.880
magic number, but it sounded like she had three hundred

613
00:36:33.920 --> 00:36:36.519
thousand dollars in equity in her Palo Alto home that

614
00:36:36.599 --> 00:36:41.119
she could tap into UH and and she stated she

615
00:36:41.559 --> 00:36:43.960
there's a couple of stories. One was she was behind

616
00:36:44.039 --> 00:36:46.840
on her mortgage. The other was that it was supposedly

617
00:36:46.880 --> 00:36:49.280
going to be used for some type of investment, and

618
00:36:49.400 --> 00:36:51.679
that's why under had discussed with his friends that we

619
00:36:51.960 --> 00:36:54.280
that were interviewed, and we're going to talk about those interviews.

620
00:36:54.719 --> 00:36:58.880
But Wilson went to an attorney, and he spoke to

621
00:36:58.920 --> 00:37:02.079
an attorney to ask him, you know, what the thoughts

622
00:37:02.119 --> 00:37:06.199
were about doing this. So basically, the if she took

623
00:37:06.280 --> 00:37:09.239
the three hundred k from the mortgage company, she would

624
00:37:09.280 --> 00:37:13.280
have paid approximately sixty two hundred dollars in interest over

625
00:37:13.400 --> 00:37:16.519
that nine months before paying it back. So she claims

626
00:37:16.559 --> 00:37:18.239
she was going to pay it back by the end

627
00:37:18.280 --> 00:37:21.000
of December of nineteen ninety six, and that would have

628
00:37:21.039 --> 00:37:23.880
cost her sixty two hundred dollars, So she was going

629
00:37:23.960 --> 00:37:26.880
to save money. If in fact, Wilson loaned her that

630
00:37:27.039 --> 00:37:29.760
money then in lieu of interest, which would the five

631
00:37:29.840 --> 00:37:34.079
hundred and twenty five dollars a month in rent, he

632
00:37:34.159 --> 00:37:36.199
wouldn't have to pay rent for the next nine months.

633
00:37:36.519 --> 00:37:38.960
So that's where the story comes in where they tried

634
00:37:39.000 --> 00:37:41.599
to state that he wasn't paying rent. No, he didn't

635
00:37:41.639 --> 00:37:43.920
have to. He had an agreement, He had a contract

636
00:37:44.000 --> 00:37:46.599
with Kim to loaner the three hundred thousand for nine

637
00:37:46.639 --> 00:37:49.119
months and he would live rent free for those nine months.

638
00:37:51.480 --> 00:37:53.840
And here is that contract. And I looked through this

639
00:37:54.000 --> 00:37:57.000
contract Harriet, and there's nothing that states if she'd defaults

640
00:37:57.039 --> 00:37:59.800
on this particular note this is a personal loan, basically

641
00:38:01.000 --> 00:38:04.360
that there's anything that indicates that he would have access

642
00:38:04.440 --> 00:38:07.800
to her home entirely if she defaulted. So it shows

643
00:38:07.880 --> 00:38:11.159
the three hundred one thousand dollars loan contract confirmed by

644
00:38:11.239 --> 00:38:14.639
Lloyd Cunningham as being signed by Kim and Claude cam

645
00:38:14.800 --> 00:38:16.639
signed as a witness. This is one of the people

646
00:38:16.719 --> 00:38:19.079
that were interviewed that took Wilson to the bank to

647
00:38:19.119 --> 00:38:21.599
get the three hundred thousand out of the safety deposit box.

648
00:38:21.920 --> 00:38:24.480
He accompanied mister Wilson back to his house and sat

649
00:38:24.559 --> 00:38:27.199
there and ate some pizza with him. Watched mister Wilson

650
00:38:27.239 --> 00:38:28.719
walk out of the room with the money in the

651
00:38:28.880 --> 00:38:31.599
contract that was not signed at that point in time

652
00:38:31.800 --> 00:38:34.639
into the main part of the house, had Kim sign it,

653
00:38:34.880 --> 00:38:37.800
dropped the money to her, came back in. Now Claude

654
00:38:37.840 --> 00:38:42.079
witnesses the fully executed contract, and he signs as a

655
00:38:42.119 --> 00:38:50.840
witness to this contract. So let's see, I think we

656
00:38:50.960 --> 00:38:53.800
just covered all of that. Claude Stadie did not see

657
00:38:53.920 --> 00:38:55.960
Kim or watch or sign it, but signed as a

658
00:38:56.000 --> 00:38:59.920
witness to the contract being executed by both parties. Another friend, Shari,

659
00:39:00.199 --> 00:39:02.559
who was also aware of this agreement between mister Wilson

660
00:39:02.679 --> 00:39:05.360
and Kim, and both friends stated that mister Wilson was

661
00:39:05.400 --> 00:39:08.320
a nonviolent person. They could not see that he would

662
00:39:08.400 --> 00:39:11.440
have been somebody to have physically attacked anybody.

663
00:39:13.360 --> 00:39:13.519
Now.

664
00:39:13.800 --> 00:39:17.119
First trial in November of nineteen ninety eight, evidence was

665
00:39:17.199 --> 00:39:20.760
presented that Kim, her sister jaw Chushin, and her son

666
00:39:20.920 --> 00:39:24.000
Richard Kim, was involved in drug trafficking and money laundering.

667
00:39:24.599 --> 00:39:27.519
Richard Kim went to prison for this. Mister Wilson also

668
00:39:27.599 --> 00:39:30.000
discovered that Kim did not own a home in San Jose,

669
00:39:30.480 --> 00:39:33.719
so she lied, saying that she couldn't sell this rental house,

670
00:39:33.800 --> 00:39:35.800
but once she did, she'd pay him back. There was

671
00:39:35.880 --> 00:39:38.760
no house to be sold sounds to me like Kim

672
00:39:38.880 --> 00:39:42.320
is up to some nefarius stuff herself, and she was

673
00:39:42.400 --> 00:39:44.519
behind in her payments in the pillow out to home.

674
00:39:44.599 --> 00:39:47.239
But mister Wilson didn't find any of this out until

675
00:39:47.280 --> 00:39:51.199
afterwards in trial. Kim's family also never returned to the

676
00:39:51.280 --> 00:39:53.920
three hundred thousand to mister Wilson, So we don't know

677
00:39:54.199 --> 00:39:56.239
what happened to this money, but I have a theory.

678
00:39:57.000 --> 00:39:59.360
On eighty four of nineteen eighty eight, Richard Don Kim

679
00:39:59.440 --> 00:40:03.719
In ninety eight, and Strata were charged with thirteen charged

680
00:40:03.760 --> 00:40:08.280
with thirteen fifty one possession of narcotic controlled substance for sale.

681
00:40:08.719 --> 00:40:11.559
Search warrant found three quarter ounts of cocaine and an

682
00:40:11.679 --> 00:40:15.840
oh house scale and six baggies containing marijuana totaling over

683
00:40:15.880 --> 00:40:18.400
an ounce found in the bedroom. In the kitchen they

684
00:40:18.480 --> 00:40:22.639
found plastic baggies, zigzags and approximately a quartergram of loose marijuana.

685
00:40:23.039 --> 00:40:25.960
In the garage, they found three plastic baggies with cocaine

686
00:40:26.039 --> 00:40:29.280
each continuing about an ounce, a three being scale, and

687
00:40:29.480 --> 00:40:33.360
Richard's nineteen eighty seven white Ford Mustang outside a nineteen

688
00:40:33.400 --> 00:40:37.079
eighty three Mercury Capri actually owned by the Elite cleaners

689
00:40:37.119 --> 00:40:40.800
which is Kim's business owned by Hawkdew Kim. In the

690
00:40:40.880 --> 00:40:44.760
backyard two marijuana plants eighteen inches tall that Richard klayin

691
00:40:44.840 --> 00:40:47.320
were there when he moved in, but a hose leading

692
00:40:47.360 --> 00:40:52.119
to them shows he was cultivating them. The search warrant, oh, you.

693
00:40:52.159 --> 00:40:55.800
Want to finish this. You're venturing now into my territory

694
00:40:56.039 --> 00:40:57.880
that's publicized it.

695
00:40:58.039 --> 00:41:01.280
Let's watch this go because it gets The other search

696
00:41:01.360 --> 00:41:04.000
warn of Richard's car found twenty two thousand and twenty

697
00:41:04.079 --> 00:41:06.400
dollars wrapped in a grocery bag and then wrapped in

698
00:41:06.480 --> 00:41:09.880
two large plastic bags, noting that the bags reaped of marijuana,

699
00:41:11.400 --> 00:41:14.400
and eight five of nineteen eighty eight, Hawkeju Kim shows

700
00:41:14.480 --> 00:41:17.000
up to the police department with her sister Shin, who

701
00:41:17.079 --> 00:41:20.440
doesn't supposedly doesn't speak English, claiming that the Mustang was

702
00:41:20.519 --> 00:41:23.719
owned by her and her son, that her and her

703
00:41:23.840 --> 00:41:27.480
sister took the car the night before the arrestaurant was

704
00:41:27.559 --> 00:41:31.159
served shopping, and that Shinn had with her twenty four

705
00:41:31.239 --> 00:41:33.639
thousand dollars she had removed from the bank to appear

706
00:41:33.760 --> 00:41:36.880
semi poverty in order to apply for low income housing

707
00:41:37.320 --> 00:41:39.480
that her and Shin put twenty two thousand in the

708
00:41:39.519 --> 00:41:42.360
trunk and took the remaining two thousand into the Oriental

709
00:41:42.440 --> 00:41:45.119
Market with them and failed to remove the other twenty

710
00:41:45.159 --> 00:41:53.519
two thousand before returning the car to Richard Kim. It

711
00:41:53.639 --> 00:41:55.559
sounds to me that mom was very well aware of

712
00:41:55.679 --> 00:41:58.039
what Sun was doing, and son is doing it in

713
00:41:58.159 --> 00:42:00.760
a car and she's driving a BMD. Why does she

714
00:42:00.960 --> 00:42:03.360
go all the way to her son's house in another

715
00:42:03.480 --> 00:42:07.440
town to borrow the Mustang? So I think that literally

716
00:42:07.639 --> 00:42:09.800
he may have been looking at some trouble from the

717
00:42:09.880 --> 00:42:12.199
drug dealers that he probably owed that money to for

718
00:42:12.320 --> 00:42:16.039
the sales, or she just didn't want to lose that cash.

719
00:42:16.239 --> 00:42:18.639
Either way, she was willing to perpetrate a con on

720
00:42:18.679 --> 00:42:20.760
the police department and show up and state that that

721
00:42:20.920 --> 00:42:23.079
money belonged to her sister in order to get it

722
00:42:23.199 --> 00:42:26.400
back out of evidence. I don't know what the disposition

723
00:42:26.519 --> 00:42:27.079
of that was.

724
00:42:28.039 --> 00:42:31.599
Well, can I say there's something really, really, really quick? Okay,

725
00:42:32.920 --> 00:42:33.519
was the big guy?

726
00:42:33.639 --> 00:42:34.519
That the big guy?

727
00:42:35.039 --> 00:42:39.559
He dies the early to mid nineteen nineties, Okay, I

728
00:42:39.679 --> 00:42:41.960
know money. Well, That's what I'm trying to say. Then

729
00:42:42.039 --> 00:42:44.440
the next step is the CAUNTI cartel, which was big

730
00:42:44.559 --> 00:42:48.400
in the Bay Area, right so if money's back there.

731
00:42:49.239 --> 00:42:52.480
I don't I don't want to like start theories about

732
00:42:52.800 --> 00:42:55.519
who they who they were selling for. We just know

733
00:42:55.679 --> 00:43:01.559
that they are literally yeah, the cars are owned by

734
00:43:01.719 --> 00:43:06.239
Kim and her son. That one of them is actually

735
00:43:06.400 --> 00:43:09.320
registered to the business itself. So it sounds to me

736
00:43:09.519 --> 00:43:12.920
like Kim has more going on here than others knew about.

737
00:43:13.679 --> 00:43:17.079
The question now becomes what she needed that three hundred

738
00:43:17.119 --> 00:43:21.519
thousand for? Right, I mean, honestly speaking, why did you

739
00:43:21.599 --> 00:43:24.199
need three hundred thousand invest in what? Or did she

740
00:43:24.400 --> 00:43:26.039
owe big money to somebody?

741
00:43:26.320 --> 00:43:27.559
Was she money?

742
00:43:28.159 --> 00:43:31.119
Why didn't Wilson get security for the loan, like a

743
00:43:31.320 --> 00:43:32.480
DITA trust or something.

744
00:43:33.280 --> 00:43:35.679
Well, he didn't know that. You got to think that

745
00:43:35.800 --> 00:43:39.719
this contract's written on March first. She dies on March

746
00:43:39.800 --> 00:43:43.400
thirty first. So I'm starting to under once again this

747
00:43:43.599 --> 00:43:46.320
vehicle that was under the car cover that I mean,

748
00:43:46.360 --> 00:43:48.519
who's who parks I'm not going to pull up to

749
00:43:48.599 --> 00:43:50.719
my friend's house and break out my car cover and

750
00:43:50.800 --> 00:43:54.840
cover my car. Somebody has a very expensive vehicle or

751
00:43:54.920 --> 00:43:57.000
they don't want it to be seen by somebody to

752
00:43:57.079 --> 00:44:00.239
take that kind of care of their vehicle. Now, was

753
00:44:00.280 --> 00:44:04.320
that person part of the drug trafficking and the money laundry,

754
00:44:04.559 --> 00:44:07.840
and the person who killed Kim, who knows.

755
00:44:13.039 --> 00:44:17.400
When her car is gone? Isn't that part of the

756
00:44:17.440 --> 00:44:19.880
theory that whoever had drove that of the car went

757
00:44:20.000 --> 00:44:22.199
with her in the beer when the beer's gone.

758
00:44:22.880 --> 00:44:26.920
Absolutely, Because when Coleman returns home, Miss Kim's cars back

759
00:44:26.960 --> 00:44:28.840
in the driveway and there's no car underneath the.

760
00:44:28.840 --> 00:44:31.679
Copper or the other car's gone. Yeah, right, that's.

761
00:44:31.519 --> 00:44:34.159
Another sign that miss Kim was still alive at eight

762
00:44:34.320 --> 00:44:34.960
thirty at night.

763
00:44:35.880 --> 00:44:38.239
That's also a sign that she knew whoever had the

764
00:44:38.320 --> 00:44:38.880
other vehicle.

765
00:44:39.719 --> 00:44:44.079
Yes, so I viewed all the police reports in regards

766
00:44:44.119 --> 00:44:47.159
to this incident. Now, if there were the case. Now,

767
00:44:47.360 --> 00:44:49.239
if this were the case and hawk Ju Kim got

768
00:44:49.280 --> 00:44:51.880
herself involved in a money laundry and drugs with her son,

769
00:44:52.400 --> 00:44:54.480
one would have to wonder who she was indebted to.

770
00:44:54.760 --> 00:44:56.920
And if Officer Yure was on the take from the

771
00:44:57.079 --> 00:44:59.639
very people who killed her. There's motive to blame mister

772
00:44:59.679 --> 00:45:01.599
Wilson and there's a patsy and to close the case

773
00:45:01.639 --> 00:45:04.119
on him as fast as possible. If my theory that

774
00:45:04.199 --> 00:45:07.079
mister Coleman left the country because he saw what happened

775
00:45:07.079 --> 00:45:09.599
to mister Wilson rather than being the killer himself. So

776
00:45:09.719 --> 00:45:11.880
I'm still up in the air. I know that Coleman

777
00:45:12.000 --> 00:45:14.719
is lying out his teeth for some reason, but it

778
00:45:14.840 --> 00:45:17.400
may also be because he's just scared to death. I

779
00:45:17.599 --> 00:45:22.599
I that's the next Patsy exactly. So he is back

780
00:45:22.679 --> 00:45:25.039
and forth, doesn't know what you know he's saying, doesn't

781
00:45:25.079 --> 00:45:27.840
remember what he said, and he's basically just outright lying

782
00:45:27.880 --> 00:45:28.440
about things.

783
00:45:28.880 --> 00:45:34.159
And went to Mexico, right, He went to Mexican purportedly,

784
00:45:34.280 --> 00:45:39.440
that's it. Yeah, if he was in on something, he's

785
00:45:39.480 --> 00:45:39.960
gone now.

786
00:45:41.280 --> 00:45:44.559
I reached out to some wrongful or to some innocent

787
00:45:44.679 --> 00:45:47.559
projects on behalf of mister Wilson. I did get the

788
00:45:47.760 --> 00:45:52.280
information and uh intake forms out to him this last week,

789
00:45:52.360 --> 00:45:54.639
along with some follow up questions like where did the

790
00:45:54.679 --> 00:45:56.039
three hundred thousand come from?

791
00:45:57.599 --> 00:45:57.760
There?

792
00:45:58.400 --> 00:46:00.840
I think there was a couple questions that I had

793
00:46:00.880 --> 00:46:03.320
in there that were posed by Nolan in one of

794
00:46:03.400 --> 00:46:06.400
our last episodes. So hopefully I'll get those answers and

795
00:46:06.440 --> 00:46:08.800
they'll be just a short follow up that will come

796
00:46:09.000 --> 00:46:10.960
and we're going to be climbing right back into the

797
00:46:11.079 --> 00:46:16.760
zodiac next week. I'm excited, guys, we'll be back any

798
00:46:16.920 --> 00:46:19.239
anything else you guys want to add comment on that?

799
00:46:23.119 --> 00:46:27.079
Red flags so many weird things going on here, you know.

800
00:46:27.239 --> 00:46:30.320
And I know if I was learning three hundred grand,

801
00:46:30.360 --> 00:46:33.199
I do a background check, I would get a DIDA.

802
00:46:33.320 --> 00:46:37.079
Trust. I made a mistake of lonely in three grand

803
00:46:37.440 --> 00:46:40.559
and not getting security, kicking myself for that.

804
00:46:41.559 --> 00:46:44.079
I suppose that even though it was a personal note

805
00:46:44.159 --> 00:46:47.280
with nothing backing it, that if she failed to pay,

806
00:46:47.440 --> 00:46:49.639
he could have probably taken a lean on her property

807
00:46:49.719 --> 00:46:54.559
for it. Perhaps, right, I mean, she owes him the money,

808
00:46:54.639 --> 00:46:57.320
he's got the contract. There's no fighting that she has

809
00:46:57.360 --> 00:47:00.920
an asset that can be tapped, right, Yeah, and hopefully

810
00:47:01.760 --> 00:47:04.119
it may or may not even have the equity that

811
00:47:04.320 --> 00:47:06.280
she claimed that it had in it. I mean, again,

812
00:47:06.440 --> 00:47:10.320
we already see that she's lying, she's manipulating. She is

813
00:47:11.440 --> 00:47:14.760
at a minimum. I think the money laundering, if it

814
00:47:14.840 --> 00:47:17.599
doesn't come into play with the sisters supposedly taking this

815
00:47:17.719 --> 00:47:19.800
money from her account so that she can look or

816
00:47:19.840 --> 00:47:23.480
appear poverty ridden so she can apply for low income housing,

817
00:47:23.519 --> 00:47:26.079
which is all dastardly by itself. How do you come

818
00:47:26.159 --> 00:47:34.760
to this country and attempt to use it? Well, I

819
00:47:34.920 --> 00:47:36.920
tent well, and I tend to believe that that's not

820
00:47:37.039 --> 00:47:39.000
even really the truth of the story. I believe that

821
00:47:39.079 --> 00:47:41.000
Kim was trying to get that money back because it

822
00:47:41.079 --> 00:47:42.199
was owed to drug dealers.

823
00:47:42.920 --> 00:47:45.679
Well can I can I say something really really quick?

824
00:47:46.280 --> 00:47:51.039
This is wreaking of every the Escobar cartel and Colleague cartel,

825
00:47:51.840 --> 00:47:55.360
where they if a family member is somehow mixed up

826
00:47:55.559 --> 00:48:00.639
in this drug mess, they kill. They have the family

827
00:48:00.760 --> 00:48:04.360
member killed to blackmail the other person. And they're very

828
00:48:04.480 --> 00:48:08.079
influential in all kinds of people. I mean, it's big.

829
00:48:08.840 --> 00:48:12.519
So you know what, I like, Avenue. I did some

830
00:48:12.760 --> 00:48:16.480
research and I actually found that we got one minute,

831
00:48:16.480 --> 00:48:20.039
but I actually found a Richard Don Kim in Saratoga, California,

832
00:48:20.079 --> 00:48:21.679
which is a very affluent area.

833
00:48:21.800 --> 00:48:21.920
Right.

834
00:48:22.039 --> 00:48:26.880
No, it is yeah, really nice and purportedly.

835
00:48:26.360 --> 00:48:28.320
If I've got the right person, which I believe I

836
00:48:28.400 --> 00:48:30.639
do because it links the same address, it shows that

837
00:48:30.719 --> 00:48:34.480
he's a president for some company called Landmark LCD's Inc.

838
00:48:35.000 --> 00:48:38.159
So that comes into and that's making LCD screens for

839
00:48:38.320 --> 00:48:41.559
different devices. If this is one on the same person,

840
00:48:42.119 --> 00:48:45.119
then the possibility is that three hundred thousand was invested

841
00:48:45.159 --> 00:48:47.159
into him. Either way, missus.

842
00:48:49.280 --> 00:48:52.280
Developer company yeah, that makes sense.

843
00:48:53.199 --> 00:48:55.320
Now now it's to follow the money. You know, where

844
00:48:55.360 --> 00:48:57.159
did it go to? Who ended up with it? It

845
00:48:57.280 --> 00:48:59.440
was certainly handed over to miss Kim. What did she

846
00:48:59.559 --> 00:49:02.239
do with that cash? So there's much more investigation that

847
00:49:02.280 --> 00:49:04.840
could go here if somebody wanted to take the time

848
00:49:04.920 --> 00:49:06.039
to do it either way.

849
00:49:06.880 --> 00:49:07.559
Her bank.

850
00:49:09.000 --> 00:49:12.440
Again and tracking that money is going to be the key.

851
00:49:12.519 --> 00:49:14.840
I think to who maybe if I'm.

852
00:49:14.679 --> 00:49:17.079
A dejective, I don't try and find that money. That's

853
00:49:17.079 --> 00:49:17.960
one of the first things I do.

854
00:49:18.840 --> 00:49:21.159
I know. All right, you guys, we are at that

855
00:49:21.280 --> 00:49:23.320
final hour. You had something else you wanted to say

856
00:49:23.360 --> 00:49:23.800
real quick.

857
00:49:24.840 --> 00:49:27.559
Well for me, I'm just saying this is getting interesting

858
00:49:27.599 --> 00:49:30.079
because you're in my territory when it talks to the.

859
00:49:31.559 --> 00:49:36.000
Anyways, and I guess we won't rightly know. It's definitely

860
00:49:36.119 --> 00:49:38.320
out there. But I want to thank everybody for being

861
00:49:38.400 --> 00:49:41.440
with us and making it through this wrongful conviction case.

862
00:49:41.480 --> 00:49:43.639
I look for that rid of habeas corpus for mister

863
00:49:43.719 --> 00:49:47.199
Wilson and his freedom to finally be achieved. Everybody, take Karen,

864
00:49:47.239 --> 00:49:50.440
will see you next Friday. Thank you, You guys, all right,

865
00:50:00.880 --> 00:50:14.000
you think like sh
