Jack leaves Arizona in 1995, moves Nora to Washington, and heads back to Texas to take care of his mom, Flova. We see an upsurge in murders in Texas during this time. Always a coincidence that the murders follow Jack’s whereabouts. Either way, Jack is free of prying eyes with Nora living in Washington during this time.
