1996 Year of Jon Benet Ramsey

1996 Year of Jon Benet Ramsey

Jack is back in Texas taking care of his mother while Nora is in Washington. At some point in 1996 Nora joins Jack. Flova is in a nursing home, and the family heads to California for the holidays. Dennis swore that Jack and the whole family was with Dennis in California for the holidays, but Nora’s diary says otherwise. Jon Benet Ramsey is killed December 1996, and a ransom note is left behind.

00:00:00.920 --> 00:00:04.519
This program is designed to provide general information with regards

2
00:00:04.559 --> 00:00:07.519
to the subject matters covered. This information is given with

3
00:00:07.559 --> 00:00:11.919
the understanding that neither the hosts, guests, sponsors, or station

4
00:00:12.160 --> 00:00:17.320
are engaged in rendering any specific and personal medical, financial,

5
00:00:17.719 --> 00:00:22.640
legal counseling, professional service, or any advice. You should seek

6
00:00:22.679 --> 00:00:26.760
the services of competent professionals before applying or trying any

7
00:00:26.879 --> 00:00:45.640
suggested ideas.

8
00:00:52.240 --> 00:00:55.280
Good Morning, tru seekers and true crime junkies. Welcome back

9
00:00:55.320 --> 00:00:58.719
to another episode of Hit the Roadjack Finding the Zodiac.

10
00:01:00.240 --> 00:01:03.280
We are back from Aftershock. Obviously, we had a pre

11
00:01:03.280 --> 00:01:06.599
record last week, and this week we are live. I

12
00:01:06.640 --> 00:01:09.879
wanted to share some YouTube videos while we're waiting for

13
00:01:09.959 --> 00:01:13.040
some of our guests to appear. I had one from

14
00:01:13.079 --> 00:01:15.879
a Midnight Ventures. It looks like it was quite an

15
00:01:15.920 --> 00:01:18.000
old one and I've probably gone over this before, but

16
00:01:18.040 --> 00:01:20.840
I still find that people are reporting issues and problems

17
00:01:20.879 --> 00:01:23.920
with being able to access videos or even getting them

18
00:01:23.959 --> 00:01:28.079
in order or notifications to them, and so I wanted

19
00:01:28.120 --> 00:01:33.239
to reread this particular comment and it says by Midnight

20
00:01:33.319 --> 00:01:37.200
Ventures this channel is grossly underrated YouTube and subs are

21
00:01:37.239 --> 00:01:40.239
bose at fault. Sure this is content everybody has seen

22
00:01:40.280 --> 00:01:42.680
before but it is still entertaining to watch if you

23
00:01:42.760 --> 00:01:45.920
haven't seen it lately and are interested in the Zodiac case.

24
00:01:46.560 --> 00:01:50.000
YouTube really treat small channels like trash and subs, and

25
00:01:50.280 --> 00:01:54.200
I'm assuming they mean subscribers are too lazy or inconsiderate

26
00:01:54.439 --> 00:01:57.120
to hit the like button. So with everybody out there

27
00:01:57.159 --> 00:02:00.079
that is a subscriber to this, please do hit that

28
00:02:00.239 --> 00:02:03.680
like button, you know, share or you know, introduce other

29
00:02:03.719 --> 00:02:07.000
people on your channel to it, and get this thing rolling.

30
00:02:07.120 --> 00:02:09.560
So many more people actually have an opportunity to see

31
00:02:09.560 --> 00:02:14.439
the evidence for Jack Terrence being the Zodiac killer. Another

32
00:02:14.479 --> 00:02:18.680
person at moore k nineteen sixty seven says, oh my gosh,

33
00:02:18.680 --> 00:02:21.000
why did I never and why did I not ever

34
00:02:21.080 --> 00:02:24.000
know about this guy? The composits look like him. I

35
00:02:24.039 --> 00:02:26.680
am leaning toward it being this guy. And I think

36
00:02:26.719 --> 00:02:28.960
I've said this a million times when we're looking at

37
00:02:28.960 --> 00:02:31.280
some of these false suspects that are put forth just

38
00:02:31.280 --> 00:02:33.560
to kind of confuse the situation or make it a

39
00:02:33.599 --> 00:02:36.159
little more complicated for us to come to the right

40
00:02:36.159 --> 00:02:39.560
conclusion as to who should be the suspect that's being investigated,

41
00:02:40.000 --> 00:02:43.400
is that oftentimes these fake suspects do not look anything

42
00:02:43.479 --> 00:02:46.599
like this composite, and these individuals are doing anything they

43
00:02:46.639 --> 00:02:50.199
can to obviously take away from or disregard the composite.

44
00:02:50.280 --> 00:02:53.680
But I do like to remind people that the main

45
00:02:53.960 --> 00:02:57.599
and the most prominent composite in this particular case was

46
00:02:57.719 --> 00:03:00.520
a sighting that was given by a police officer who

47
00:03:00.520 --> 00:03:03.400
had actually ran into the Zodiac Killer in the presidio

48
00:03:03.439 --> 00:03:09.960
in San Francisco after Paul Stein's murder. So our next one,

49
00:03:10.000 --> 00:03:12.919
which is more current, is qtie pi HH three GG.

50
00:03:13.680 --> 00:03:16.000
And she said, I'm gonna guess it's a she. Sorry

51
00:03:16.039 --> 00:03:19.159
if you're not, says, as always, the police are useless,

52
00:03:19.879 --> 00:03:22.199
and I responded that I think there's dirty people in

53
00:03:22.240 --> 00:03:25.840
every aspect of life, and that includes law enforcement. Unfortunately,

54
00:03:26.560 --> 00:03:28.919
should not take away from those that are good. Are

55
00:03:28.919 --> 00:03:32.000
indeed good. Now we know that I've been covering a

56
00:03:32.039 --> 00:03:36.439
wrongful conviction case for murder with Peter Wilson, and we

57
00:03:36.800 --> 00:03:42.800
just did an episode on Being the Pipeman Piper's podcast

58
00:03:42.879 --> 00:03:44.759
last week where we kind of covered all of the

59
00:03:44.800 --> 00:03:49.080
information up to date on that wrongful conviction. We're looking

60
00:03:49.080 --> 00:03:52.199
to obtain a writ of habeas corpus because indeed the

61
00:03:52.280 --> 00:03:56.840
cop was bad and he framed basically mister Wilson by

62
00:03:56.879 --> 00:03:58.919
planting his blood at the scene of the crime. And

63
00:03:58.960 --> 00:04:02.800
I just recently found out that it was literally two

64
00:04:03.159 --> 00:04:06.319
drops of blood that were splashed at the same that

65
00:04:06.360 --> 00:04:08.479
got him convicted. And I find that to be a

66
00:04:08.520 --> 00:04:11.199
little bit odd because if you're going to drop two

67
00:04:11.280 --> 00:04:13.680
drops of blood, that would indicate that you had to

68
00:04:13.759 --> 00:04:16.240
cut deep enough to create a drop to begin with.

69
00:04:16.680 --> 00:04:18.879
And so where's the rest of the blood? I mean,

70
00:04:19.240 --> 00:04:22.639
the man commits a horrible murder, the victim looks like

71
00:04:22.720 --> 00:04:25.959
she's been raped because she's found with semen and sperm

72
00:04:26.000 --> 00:04:28.480
between her legs. There are all these things that if

73
00:04:28.639 --> 00:04:31.040
two drops of blood had been dropped, there should have

74
00:04:31.079 --> 00:04:33.639
been much more found at the crime scene. And that

75
00:04:33.720 --> 00:04:35.319
kind of takes me back to Dexter, and I know

76
00:04:35.360 --> 00:04:37.839
that's one of Dean's favorite shows. One of my favorite

77
00:04:37.839 --> 00:04:41.000
shows is Dexter and the Blood Spatter Expert. If they

78
00:04:41.040 --> 00:04:46.199
had had this type of science back in nineteen ninety six,

79
00:04:46.279 --> 00:04:48.279
I don't think that mister Wilson would be sitting in

80
00:04:48.360 --> 00:04:50.560
jail right now because two drops of blood would not

81
00:04:50.720 --> 00:04:54.120
have sufficed this type of a gruesome scene where the

82
00:04:54.399 --> 00:04:59.519
victim had been beaten about the head, at multiple lacerations

83
00:04:59.600 --> 00:05:03.560
and then gigantic four by eight by twelve being laid

84
00:05:03.560 --> 00:05:06.480
across her body. I just think that two drops of

85
00:05:06.480 --> 00:05:10.959
blood is surely not sufficient to indicate that mister Wilson

86
00:05:11.040 --> 00:05:14.759
was the person who was responsible for that crime. Anyways,

87
00:05:14.759 --> 00:05:18.480
So moving on, Cutie Pie also says Unfortunately, Well, when

88
00:05:18.519 --> 00:05:20.720
I said that, you know there are people that are good,

89
00:05:20.800 --> 00:05:23.680
she says, unfortunately, the good police or law enforcement are

90
00:05:23.680 --> 00:05:26.439
far outnumbered by the bad ones, and worse still, they

91
00:05:26.480 --> 00:05:30.600
stay silent in their sworn blue code cult mentality, therefore

92
00:05:30.680 --> 00:05:33.879
enabling the bad apples to ring. We watch cop shows

93
00:05:33.879 --> 00:05:36.160
on TV and we see them solve every case with

94
00:05:36.279 --> 00:05:39.560
absolute commitment for justice, but in reality they bungle most

95
00:05:39.639 --> 00:05:43.560
cases that go unsolved due to incompetence, corruption and prejudice.

96
00:05:43.879 --> 00:05:47.639
After watching your Dennis Kaufman video, I felt so sorry

97
00:05:47.680 --> 00:05:50.439
for him because he tried countless times to reach out

98
00:05:50.480 --> 00:05:53.800
to the police FBI after giving them all the evidence,

99
00:05:53.879 --> 00:05:56.839
and still they did nothing. And I absolutely do agree

100
00:05:56.879 --> 00:05:58.800
with her. I'm not going to say they did nothing.

101
00:05:59.360 --> 00:06:03.879
There was this playcating that was occurring with Dennis where

102
00:06:03.920 --> 00:06:06.079
they would make it look or appear as though they

103
00:06:06.079 --> 00:06:08.199
were attempting to do something when really they were just

104
00:06:08.279 --> 00:06:10.720
round filing it, and the answers that came back from

105
00:06:10.720 --> 00:06:15.319
any evidence he turned in always left him longing for more,

106
00:06:15.480 --> 00:06:18.279
for more information from the police because they weren't really

107
00:06:18.279 --> 00:06:22.240
giving any accurate results on what they were finding. If

108
00:06:22.279 --> 00:06:24.160
I had to list out the things that Dennis is

109
00:06:24.279 --> 00:06:33.199
actually let's see, huh No, this one keeps bouncing my

110
00:06:33.319 --> 00:06:37.199
email saying it was blocked by Yahoo? Is she on

111
00:06:37.279 --> 00:06:42.759
a yah? Let me double check I sent him to emails? Okay,

112
00:06:43.279 --> 00:06:45.560
let me. I'm trying to get my guests here on

113
00:06:45.600 --> 00:06:53.519
the show today. Guys, bear with me, all right. Let

114
00:06:53.600 --> 00:06:55.920
me see if I can actually get it off to

115
00:06:56.199 --> 00:07:16.959
or we'll see what happens here forward. Let's see what happens,

116
00:07:19.439 --> 00:07:23.199
all right. So back to this, we know that in

117
00:07:23.399 --> 00:07:29.680
the process of Dennis trying to show law enforcement Jack

118
00:07:29.800 --> 00:07:32.560
Terrence as a possible suspect for the Zodiac, he has

119
00:07:32.639 --> 00:07:35.600
turned over things such as Eton bond paper, which was

120
00:07:35.680 --> 00:07:38.920
used by the Zodiac for his communications. He has turned

121
00:07:39.000 --> 00:07:45.319
over palm prints, fingerprints DNA on envelopes from letters that

122
00:07:45.399 --> 00:07:48.800
Jack has written. He has turned over the hood which

123
00:07:49.720 --> 00:07:53.079
he found in a peace system that Jack coveted for many,

124
00:07:53.079 --> 00:07:56.920
many years. He has turned over pretty much just about

125
00:07:57.439 --> 00:08:02.279
Oh when am I getting some background? Knife, Ah, there

126
00:08:02.399 --> 00:08:06.000
she is. I'm going to welcome Lindsay McBriar to the show.

127
00:08:06.279 --> 00:08:08.360
Good morning, Good morning.

128
00:08:09.040 --> 00:08:14.000
I'm glad we get that, all right, So I was, yeah,

129
00:08:14.040 --> 00:08:16.600
I'm very interested in this is you just introduced me

130
00:08:16.639 --> 00:08:20.319
to this morning because we are actually in nineteen ninety

131
00:08:20.319 --> 00:08:22.759
six right now, and we're about to find out where

132
00:08:22.839 --> 00:08:25.600
Jack was during June of nineteen ninety six. So hopefully

133
00:08:25.600 --> 00:08:27.120
that answers some of your questions.

134
00:08:28.040 --> 00:08:30.439
Yes, And I was actually excited and then I couldn't

135
00:08:30.439 --> 00:08:32.279
When I couldn't get on, I was like, oh my gosh,

136
00:08:32.360 --> 00:08:34.639
no a right.

137
00:08:34.519 --> 00:08:36.519
At the last minute. Yeah, I was just kind of

138
00:08:36.799 --> 00:08:41.080
covering some of these messages from individuals and their you know,

139
00:08:41.159 --> 00:08:43.960
thoughts and feelings on law enforcement not doing their job.

140
00:08:45.519 --> 00:08:48.559
And Qutie Pie seems to you know. And I'm not

141
00:08:48.600 --> 00:08:51.039
saying she's wrong because obviously my response you can see

142
00:08:51.080 --> 00:08:53.159
her to the right. I'm not going to bother reading it.

143
00:08:53.240 --> 00:08:57.000
But Tom Dixon was a link analysis detective, one of

144
00:08:57.039 --> 00:09:00.720
the first link analysis detectives. When they first discovered that

145
00:09:01.240 --> 00:09:04.000
people had link analysis blindness, and that was due to

146
00:09:04.080 --> 00:09:07.759
proximity or time, So they wouldn't couple or put these

147
00:09:07.879 --> 00:09:11.480
potential crimes together as it being one person, because they

148
00:09:11.519 --> 00:09:14.000
were either in another state or they were at a

149
00:09:14.039 --> 00:09:17.360
different timeframe. And for some reason, cops believed back then

150
00:09:17.399 --> 00:09:19.799
that if you were a killer, I guess you maintained

151
00:09:19.799 --> 00:09:22.600
one place of residence, you only killed around there, and

152
00:09:22.639 --> 00:09:24.279
you only killed for a period of time, and then

153
00:09:24.279 --> 00:09:27.799
you quit and went away and did something else. I

154
00:09:27.840 --> 00:09:31.320
think that's kind of hilarious. But so Tom Dixon, being

155
00:09:31.320 --> 00:09:34.879
a link analysis detective for San Francisco PD, had hired

156
00:09:34.919 --> 00:09:39.799
his friend we've talked about this, Lloyd Cunningham, to protect

157
00:09:39.799 --> 00:09:43.120
his step daughter in a forged will case. And of

158
00:09:43.120 --> 00:09:45.000
course they did win the case. But that was that

159
00:09:45.039 --> 00:09:47.240
good old boy system that she's talking about, the boys

160
00:09:47.240 --> 00:09:50.039
in blue protecting each other. And then we have a

161
00:09:50.080 --> 00:09:52.639
cop or a cop, we have a judge on the case.

162
00:09:52.679 --> 00:09:56.480
Now this was the estate of Richard Scagliola, and the

163
00:09:56.600 --> 00:09:59.840
judge on this case literally said, right in open court,

164
00:10:00.039 --> 00:10:01.919
you guys, remember, we need to be out of here

165
00:10:01.960 --> 00:10:04.519
by four thirty pm because we have tickets to the game.

166
00:10:04.840 --> 00:10:07.399
And when he meant we he was talking about himself,

167
00:10:07.440 --> 00:10:11.080
the opposing counsel to this case, and Lloyd Cunningham, the

168
00:10:11.159 --> 00:10:15.360
document examiner. So I was literally just beside myself listening

169
00:10:15.360 --> 00:10:17.559
to that, and I decided at that point that I

170
00:10:17.639 --> 00:10:19.960
was not going to continue on to law school, even

171
00:10:20.000 --> 00:10:24.720
after having taken a legal assisting degree and taking the

172
00:10:24.919 --> 00:10:27.879
l SAT and preparing myself for something that I thought

173
00:10:27.919 --> 00:10:30.240
was going to be really good. Everybody always said I

174
00:10:30.279 --> 00:10:32.519
was a great arguer and that I should be an attorney,

175
00:10:32.720 --> 00:10:34.720
But after seeing the way the system works, I just

176
00:10:34.759 --> 00:10:36.679
figured it probably wasn't for me. I would be in

177
00:10:36.679 --> 00:10:40.159
contempt and I would be in jail. Basically, all right,

178
00:10:40.200 --> 00:10:49.120
So let's move on from these particular Are you still

179
00:10:49.120 --> 00:10:55.240
with us? Lindsay, I don't know what has happened here?

180
00:10:55.240 --> 00:10:57.679
You are there, you are there, You are.

181
00:11:00.360 --> 00:11:03.080
So cutie. Piably goes on to say, it's interesting you

182
00:11:03.159 --> 00:11:05.039
touched on nine to eleven. Have you heard of the

183
00:11:05.159 --> 00:11:09.080
dancing Israelis? I'm not sure what that means, and I'm

184
00:11:09.120 --> 00:11:09.480
going to.

185
00:11:11.039 --> 00:11:13.639
Do you know what that I've heard that phrase somewhere.

186
00:11:14.240 --> 00:11:15.320
It's probably in my nose.

187
00:11:16.039 --> 00:11:19.080
I feel like I feel like I've heard of it,

188
00:11:19.159 --> 00:11:20.960
but I'm really not quite sure.

189
00:11:21.639 --> 00:11:23.919
I can't pinpoint it right at the second.

190
00:11:24.519 --> 00:11:26.840
Do I just research? Oh yeah? And I asked if

191
00:11:26.879 --> 00:11:30.200
I just researched dancing Israelis and I didn't really get

192
00:11:30.240 --> 00:11:35.039
any response back from that yet. But I will research it.

193
00:11:35.039 --> 00:11:37.240
I will check it out. I don't know if that's

194
00:11:37.320 --> 00:11:41.039
them ultimately attempting to push this back on a foreign

195
00:11:41.960 --> 00:11:44.919
faction that has done these events in nine to eleven.

196
00:11:45.240 --> 00:11:47.559
I know that I focus on nine to Eleven's not

197
00:11:47.759 --> 00:11:49.399
the actual date of nine to eleven.

198
00:11:49.639 --> 00:11:51.639
Oh, that's where it comes from. What?

199
00:11:51.840 --> 00:11:56.200
Yes, yes, so they do have involvement in the involvement

200
00:11:56.279 --> 00:12:00.440
that I have found is their spy system in which

201
00:12:00.519 --> 00:12:03.360
that we used during that time, the United States used

202
00:12:04.559 --> 00:12:10.600
and for the necessarily the particularly that what I found

203
00:12:10.639 --> 00:12:13.600
it was the telephone they could track and they could

204
00:12:13.679 --> 00:12:17.440
tap into yours, into your home telephones. And that's the

205
00:12:17.519 --> 00:12:20.440
spy system that they were running at the time.

206
00:12:21.559 --> 00:12:23.159
Well that kind of then makes sense a little bit

207
00:12:23.159 --> 00:12:25.120
with you know, the mob always saying, don't call me

208
00:12:25.159 --> 00:12:28.639
from your phone, go use a pay phone. Yeah, so

209
00:12:28.679 --> 00:12:32.559
if they're tapping you, So that's what really the dancing

210
00:12:32.720 --> 00:12:36.440
is really is, is just that particular method of tracking I.

211
00:12:36.480 --> 00:12:40.279
Think it's the dancing part that that word would there's

212
00:12:40.320 --> 00:12:42.360
different aspects of it. That was just one that I

213
00:12:42.399 --> 00:12:49.639
could that I found that is documented in the in

214
00:12:49.759 --> 00:12:51.159
the now mu one files.

215
00:12:51.279 --> 00:12:53.440
So that of their spy.

216
00:12:53.440 --> 00:12:59.799
System that we were contracted with them to use. Okay,

217
00:13:01.000 --> 00:13:03.480
so that just gives them the opportunity to do whatever

218
00:13:03.639 --> 00:13:06.240
else that they need to to orchestrate something.

219
00:13:06.919 --> 00:13:09.759
Right, Well, they've got the ind on your house, and

220
00:13:09.799 --> 00:13:11.879
maybe that's why people aren't and nobody wants to use

221
00:13:11.879 --> 00:13:15.080
a home phone anymore. Right, You've got what's App, and

222
00:13:15.159 --> 00:13:17.399
what's App was then bought by Facebook, so you know

223
00:13:17.480 --> 00:13:19.559
it's not private anymore. And then they've moved on to

224
00:13:19.679 --> 00:13:23.159
a system called Signal, which I personally use Signal. Like

225
00:13:23.320 --> 00:13:25.559
the second I heard that Facebook was buying WhatsApp, I

226
00:13:25.639 --> 00:13:30.159
knew it was no longer going to be available, it

227
00:13:30.279 --> 00:13:34.159
was no longer going to be uh unmonitored. I guess

228
00:13:34.159 --> 00:13:34.440
if you.

229
00:13:34.360 --> 00:13:36.639
Will be careful about Signal too, because as soon as

230
00:13:36.639 --> 00:13:39.000
Signal came out, I did the same exact thing my mom.

231
00:13:39.080 --> 00:13:41.080
Maybe my mom, me and my mom would message on

232
00:13:41.159 --> 00:13:45.639
there actually about different things that we would discover and investigate,

233
00:13:45.720 --> 00:13:50.000
and then she suddenly one day sent me something and says, well, nope,

234
00:13:50.039 --> 00:13:52.200
somebody has access to this too, so.

235
00:13:52.320 --> 00:13:53.200
We're getting off of this.

236
00:13:53.879 --> 00:13:54.279
Really.

237
00:13:54.919 --> 00:13:57.200
Yeah. I can't remember what she said, but it was something.

238
00:13:57.879 --> 00:14:00.200
This was months and months back, so because he had

239
00:14:00.240 --> 00:14:02.200
been using it for over like a year at that point,

240
00:14:02.720 --> 00:14:05.840
and she just she was like, no, I'm deleting the app.

241
00:14:05.919 --> 00:14:09.240
And I was like, okay, so, but it was something significant,

242
00:14:09.279 --> 00:14:11.919
some significant company. I can't place the company name at

243
00:14:11.960 --> 00:14:14.279
Rolf's top of my head, but yeah, I'll have to

244
00:14:14.279 --> 00:14:14.799
send it to you.

245
00:14:15.559 --> 00:14:18.559
Okay, Well, you weren't the only one having problems. Evidently

246
00:14:18.639 --> 00:14:21.559
for some reason, your email was bouncing back from one

247
00:14:22.039 --> 00:14:24.759
and so now he says that Nolan's was bouncing back

248
00:14:24.799 --> 00:14:27.799
to and didn't receive his either, So I just yeah,

249
00:14:27.840 --> 00:14:30.440
so I just sent Nolan his I.

250
00:14:30.360 --> 00:14:32.600
Got your immediately right when you sent it.

251
00:14:33.120 --> 00:14:35.320
Yeah, Well, and I sent mine from Gmail. I don't

252
00:14:35.360 --> 00:14:38.600
know which system one was using, but he said that

253
00:14:38.720 --> 00:14:42.000
this one keeps bouncing my emails, saying it was blocked

254
00:14:42.000 --> 00:14:43.879
by Yahoo. That's weird.

255
00:14:44.879 --> 00:14:46.879
I've never had a problem with the Yahoo. I'm more

256
00:14:46.919 --> 00:14:48.720
suspicious of Gmail than Yahoo.

257
00:14:49.200 --> 00:14:51.799
Right, Yeah, I've not really had any issues with the

258
00:14:51.840 --> 00:14:55.759
blocking of things. Yeah, and I actually have with people

259
00:14:55.799 --> 00:14:58.679
with Gmail accounts sometimes when I'm doing business and attempting

260
00:14:58.720 --> 00:15:01.639
to send them too. Yeah, I get I get kickbacks,

261
00:15:01.639 --> 00:15:04.320
so they're just not receiving it. It's not going into spam.

262
00:15:04.399 --> 00:15:07.159
They don't see it at all. So yeah, well see

263
00:15:07.159 --> 00:15:09.120
what we can do about that. It's only happening with

264
00:15:09.240 --> 00:15:12.960
Yahoo emails. Very weird. I'm a Yahoo email and you

265
00:15:13.039 --> 00:15:15.039
sent it to me. Oh no, actually you sent it

266
00:15:15.080 --> 00:15:18.279
to Zodiac Gmail. So nope, I'm wrong. He sent it

267
00:15:18.480 --> 00:15:21.080
line to Gmail. Well, then I had this other guy

268
00:15:21.159 --> 00:15:25.960
at Videobuster reel six twelve says, yikes, by the way,

269
00:15:26.080 --> 00:15:33.240
I'm LEBRONF Does that mean I don't know, I'm Lebron

270
00:15:33.440 --> 00:15:39.279
like Lebron James, Like, I highly doubt he's over here.

271
00:15:39.559 --> 00:15:44.240
That's another rabbit hole on him. So oh really, Oh yeah.

272
00:15:44.759 --> 00:15:48.000
We love rabbit holes. I guess we live for rabbit holes.

273
00:15:48.200 --> 00:15:49.679
I get trapped into them.

274
00:15:50.840 --> 00:15:52.360
Well, I just kind of at the end of this,

275
00:15:52.480 --> 00:15:54.639
I was having this thought where I wanted to just

276
00:15:54.720 --> 00:15:57.000
kind of like lay it out there. We're in nineteen

277
00:15:57.080 --> 00:16:00.000
ninety six, we're you know, climbing into what's going on

278
00:16:00.120 --> 00:16:03.600
be happening this particular year. He meant that if Josh

279
00:16:03.679 --> 00:16:06.960
the Zodiac, then he's Lebron. He's being sarcastic. I love

280
00:16:07.000 --> 00:16:07.240
you one.

281
00:16:07.600 --> 00:16:10.240
Ah, all right, yeah, that's not I figured.

282
00:16:10.279 --> 00:16:12.399
But if you do the background behind Lebron, then you

283
00:16:12.399 --> 00:16:13.360
would get it.

284
00:16:13.759 --> 00:16:17.159
I guess, well, this person wants to be Lebron pretty badly,

285
00:16:17.240 --> 00:16:20.720
because I'm fairly sure Jack is the Zodiac. But anyways,

286
00:16:20.759 --> 00:16:22.200
he might he might want to spend a little more

287
00:16:22.240 --> 00:16:24.399
time than on the single episode that he watched. If

288
00:16:24.679 --> 00:16:26.720
if you know, you haven't watched everything and all the

289
00:16:26.720 --> 00:16:29.360
evidence that I've put out here, then you really are

290
00:16:29.480 --> 00:16:32.039
kind of clueless. So this is just a couple of

291
00:16:32.399 --> 00:16:35.159
the mentalities that I wanted to like run past real

292
00:16:35.240 --> 00:16:37.720
quick for all of those that haven't completely watched all

293
00:16:37.720 --> 00:16:40.120
the episodes and known what's gone on with Jack throughout

294
00:16:40.120 --> 00:16:42.759
the years. My thoughts. We had three calls to the

295
00:16:42.840 --> 00:16:45.720
Lauris Reynolds indicated that she was petrified of Jack and

296
00:16:45.759 --> 00:16:47.639
he tried to kill her, threat to kill her on

297
00:16:47.679 --> 00:16:50.279
more than one occasion. And Doris Reynolds was one of

298
00:16:50.360 --> 00:16:53.960
Jack's wives and that he killed the family animals. Dennis

299
00:16:53.960 --> 00:16:56.759
talks about Jack killing the neighbor's dogs. Nora put in

300
00:16:56.799 --> 00:16:59.120
her diary that Flovi's friend Nell was lucky to have

301
00:16:59.200 --> 00:17:01.639
not answered her or when they showed up, because Jack

302
00:17:01.679 --> 00:17:06.200
brought his shotgun to a little old lady's house. Yeah, craziness.

303
00:17:06.519 --> 00:17:08.559
Nora writes in her diary that Jack claimed to have

304
00:17:08.599 --> 00:17:11.119
accidentally killed a sickly kitten that jumped up into the

305
00:17:11.160 --> 00:17:14.519
door jam of a Chevy suburban. And we're talking a

306
00:17:14.559 --> 00:17:17.319
sickly little kitten of all those six eight weeks old.

307
00:17:17.319 --> 00:17:19.440
This cat did not jump up into the door jam

308
00:17:19.480 --> 00:17:22.640
of no Chevy suburban. I think Jack put it there

309
00:17:22.640 --> 00:17:24.799
and closed that door on that cat. I would put

310
00:17:24.880 --> 00:17:26.400
money on it. Oh.

311
00:17:26.440 --> 00:17:31.640
And if you have that will power to uh to

312
00:17:31.759 --> 00:17:35.319
kill an animal, then that will power is to is

313
00:17:36.160 --> 00:17:37.440
it's going to be always there to.

314
00:17:37.440 --> 00:17:38.960
Kill anything anything.

315
00:17:39.359 --> 00:17:44.279
Yeah, Because I mean my husband has like, you know,

316
00:17:44.559 --> 00:17:46.480
he gets mad at one of our cats or something,

317
00:17:46.480 --> 00:17:49.839
and one day you're gonna find that cat gone and

318
00:17:50.480 --> 00:17:53.279
just making like at the time angry statements.

319
00:17:53.319 --> 00:17:55.839
But he would never do that. He kisses the cat

320
00:17:55.880 --> 00:17:58.480
all over his face, right, you know what I'm saying.

321
00:17:58.680 --> 00:18:01.519
But like it's like that instant where you break that

322
00:18:02.359 --> 00:18:06.000
you break that barrier in between them. Then you have

323
00:18:06.160 --> 00:18:11.839
reached a barrier that is unstoppable in killing anything, you know.

324
00:18:12.480 --> 00:18:15.880
Yeah, no concern or respect for life whatever.

325
00:18:16.279 --> 00:18:20.799
Yeah, it's like you just lose that total, that emotion totally,

326
00:18:21.599 --> 00:18:23.240
like it's gone right.

327
00:18:23.519 --> 00:18:23.680
Well.

328
00:18:23.680 --> 00:18:25.680
Dennis goes on to say that Nora was afraid of

329
00:18:25.799 --> 00:18:28.079
Jack and thought he was trying to kill her in

330
00:18:28.119 --> 00:18:30.839
the end days, that she was not taking her medication

331
00:18:30.920 --> 00:18:33.319
that Jack tried to give her after the amputation of

332
00:18:33.319 --> 00:18:35.680
her leg She was afraid that Jack was trying to

333
00:18:35.680 --> 00:18:38.720
poison her. Dennis states that after the death of his mother,

334
00:18:38.799 --> 00:18:40.759
he went to clean out her belongings and found that

335
00:18:40.839 --> 00:18:43.000
pile of meds she had hit under a false plate

336
00:18:43.079 --> 00:18:45.559
under the bed. That's how scared she was of Jack.

337
00:18:45.960 --> 00:18:48.279
And then he realized how scared she was, and she

338
00:18:48.440 --> 00:18:50.720
hadn't been taking the meds that were necessary for her

339
00:18:50.759 --> 00:18:54.079
to actually survive with the disease and disorder she had

340
00:18:54.119 --> 00:18:57.319
going on. I know that Gary believes that Nora died

341
00:18:57.319 --> 00:18:59.920
in the hospital due to her complications with diabetes, but

342
00:19:00.240 --> 00:19:01.960
Dennis told me off a he in his story where

343
00:19:01.960 --> 00:19:04.400
a fake call of terrorism was called in on Dennis

344
00:19:04.839 --> 00:19:07.880
at the hospital, which prevented him from entering the hospital

345
00:19:07.920 --> 00:19:09.960
to see his mother in the final days, and that

346
00:19:10.000 --> 00:19:12.640
she ultimately succome to death with only Jack in the

347
00:19:12.720 --> 00:19:15.680
room with her. So somewhere between Dennis and Gary is

348
00:19:15.720 --> 00:19:19.279
the truth. But Jack is a dastardly person, and he

349
00:19:19.599 --> 00:19:22.839
thinks and acts in ways that are just incomprehensible for

350
00:19:22.960 --> 00:19:28.319
a good human being. Oh it is my yeah, clicker,

351
00:19:28.359 --> 00:19:32.000
where's my clicker going? Am I? Now? You open that

352
00:19:32.200 --> 00:19:33.480
up and you go here?

353
00:19:33.680 --> 00:19:34.119
All right?

354
00:19:34.279 --> 00:19:36.839
There we go? All right. So we're at March fifth

355
00:19:36.839 --> 00:19:38.880
of nineteen ninety six, so we'll be climbing into your

356
00:19:38.920 --> 00:19:42.480
June month here any second. This murder I have actually

357
00:19:42.519 --> 00:19:45.880
I only kept it in here because of the coincidence

358
00:19:45.920 --> 00:19:47.920
between who it was. I do not believe at all

359
00:19:47.960 --> 00:19:51.079
that Jack had any responsibility for this. It was actually

360
00:19:51.119 --> 00:19:54.079
discovered that there was a DNA match and it went

361
00:19:54.119 --> 00:19:57.480
back to a guy named Smith. Anyways, it was March

362
00:19:57.480 --> 00:20:00.240
fifth of nineteen ninety six thirteen year old Crystal Jean

363
00:20:00.359 --> 00:20:03.920
Baker at a convenience store in Texas City was strangled

364
00:20:03.960 --> 00:20:08.079
and beaten, sexually assaulted, killed by a ligature strangulation. She

365
00:20:08.200 --> 00:20:11.720
was Caucasian blonde with dark eyes, her face had been

366
00:20:11.759 --> 00:20:14.640
badly beaten. I mean, who beats a thirteen year old?

367
00:20:15.079 --> 00:20:20.119
I just it blows my mind. At Highway's eye forty five,

368
00:20:20.200 --> 00:20:23.039
Highway three, and Highway one forty six, so there's approximately

369
00:20:23.079 --> 00:20:26.319
twenty five miles I believe between where she was and

370
00:20:26.359 --> 00:20:29.279
where she was found and north of Texas City under

371
00:20:29.279 --> 00:20:33.279
the Trinity River Bridge. Now, Norman Jean Baker was Crystal's

372
00:20:33.319 --> 00:20:36.559
great aunt, So that's Marilyn Monroe basically, And that's why

373
00:20:36.559 --> 00:20:38.240
I left this one in here, Like, what were the

374
00:20:38.359 --> 00:20:43.960
chances that Maril Moreau's great niece would have been suffered

375
00:20:44.079 --> 00:20:48.160
a fate somewhat similar to what Marilyn Monroe had gone through,

376
00:20:48.200 --> 00:20:49.960
or at least I believe that she had gone through.

377
00:20:49.920 --> 00:20:52.920
It was weird, right, very very corac.

378
00:20:53.119 --> 00:20:55.839
I was thinking at first this was you know, there's

379
00:20:55.880 --> 00:20:58.359
a series in texts. There's like a couple other ones

380
00:20:58.400 --> 00:21:02.799
in Texas of a convenience store woman. I think only

381
00:21:02.839 --> 00:21:05.240
one of them this this one. I don't know if

382
00:21:05.240 --> 00:21:06.880
I've came across this one or not, but I didn't.

383
00:21:06.960 --> 00:21:09.240
If it is this one, then I don't realize she

384
00:21:09.319 --> 00:21:11.160
was thirteen. I was thinking that she was older, but

385
00:21:11.200 --> 00:21:13.720
she wasn't working there, she was just taken.

386
00:21:14.680 --> 00:21:18.720
Yeah, evidently it's another one of those convenience store you know, abductions.

387
00:21:19.759 --> 00:21:23.240
And I know that in Tim Miller's finale letter there

388
00:21:23.359 --> 00:21:26.960
is discussion of others that were killing during this time too,

389
00:21:27.039 --> 00:21:30.400
So that makes complete sense that we have similar or

390
00:21:30.480 --> 00:21:34.039
you know, near similar type circumstances going on, because this

391
00:21:34.119 --> 00:21:37.559
is a little bit different. Although I think that the

392
00:21:37.599 --> 00:21:39.599
reason why I brought it in is that killed by

393
00:21:40.119 --> 00:21:43.440
ligature strangulation, because we're getting ready to climb into John

394
00:21:43.480 --> 00:21:47.200
Benny Ramsay. So could this person have been the you know,

395
00:21:47.279 --> 00:21:51.319
perpetrator of that crime? Was it Jack? Or you know,

396
00:21:51.680 --> 00:21:54.480
was Jack just responsible for writing the letter in this

397
00:21:54.599 --> 00:21:59.599
group of of criminals. So that brings us into March

398
00:21:59.640 --> 00:22:02.240
twenty eight of nineteen ninety six. I show that Jack

399
00:22:02.279 --> 00:22:04.920
has insurance coverage for an eighty two Civic and eighty

400
00:22:04.960 --> 00:22:08.559
two accord in an eighty seven Chevy Suburban. The address

401
00:22:08.640 --> 00:22:12.279
is now in his name at Dale, Texas, so even

402
00:22:12.319 --> 00:22:16.079
though Dale, Texas was technically his mother's address, we start

403
00:22:16.119 --> 00:22:18.599
to see all of the bills that Jack is turning over.

404
00:22:18.720 --> 00:22:21.160
So in answer to your question, where was Jack in

405
00:22:21.240 --> 00:22:24.079
June of nineteen ninety six, he was in Texas, so

406
00:22:24.640 --> 00:22:26.759
I would have liked to have an opportunity.

407
00:22:26.759 --> 00:22:32.000
I thought, yeah, And I'm still looking into that one

408
00:22:32.000 --> 00:22:35.200
too that I've sent you. I just confound it's randomly today.

409
00:22:35.240 --> 00:22:39.200
It was like in my algorithm of a new of

410
00:22:39.240 --> 00:22:45.640
her trial being like possibly overturned. Huh, because they wably

411
00:22:45.799 --> 00:22:49.079
wrongfully convicted. So I'm going to finish it. Finish up

412
00:22:49.119 --> 00:22:51.119
like researching it, and then you can do the same,

413
00:22:51.160 --> 00:22:54.400
and then we can put it together maybe well.

414
00:22:54.440 --> 00:22:57.440
And I know at this particular point in time, Jack

415
00:22:57.480 --> 00:23:00.799
has gone back to take care of mom, and I

416
00:23:00.880 --> 00:23:05.839
believe that Nora went to Washington because she did not

417
00:23:05.920 --> 00:23:09.319
get along with Nora whatsoever. So there's a possibility that

418
00:23:09.400 --> 00:23:12.480
during this timeframe that Jack is there with nothing more

419
00:23:12.519 --> 00:23:15.079
than he to do then, and I want to say,

420
00:23:15.200 --> 00:23:17.240
take care of his mother. But if you notice over

421
00:23:17.279 --> 00:23:20.920
here to the right, here's a nesbit nursing home receipt.

422
00:23:21.319 --> 00:23:24.599
So Jack and he's calling himself John. So let's look

423
00:23:24.599 --> 00:23:29.799
at this. He calls himself Jack Terrence. On the I

424
00:23:29.799 --> 00:23:33.480
think this is a cable bill beginning payments, and yeah,

425
00:23:33.559 --> 00:23:36.039
so on the cable bill he calls himself Jack Terrence.

426
00:23:36.720 --> 00:23:41.400
At the nursing home, he calls himself John TERRENCEARP. He

427
00:23:41.440 --> 00:23:44.559
calls himself John Terrence. So we're gonna see this flipping

428
00:23:44.640 --> 00:23:47.839
back and forth between these names either J. W. Barnett,

429
00:23:48.440 --> 00:23:51.440
Jack Terrence, John Terrence, you name it. All of the

430
00:23:51.480 --> 00:23:54.920
different variations that he's used throughout the years, he seems

431
00:23:54.960 --> 00:23:57.039
to be using in nineteen ninety six, as if to

432
00:23:57.119 --> 00:23:59.480
say he doesn't even know who he is. I mean,

433
00:23:59.480 --> 00:24:01.519
how many different ways are you going to spell your

434
00:24:01.599 --> 00:24:03.480
name for people? Adopt it and.

435
00:24:03.799 --> 00:24:06.720
I'll tell you and I'll just for the audience so

436
00:24:06.759 --> 00:24:12.039
they know. This is a number one tactic of the CIA.

437
00:24:12.759 --> 00:24:13.720
This is what they do.

438
00:24:13.839 --> 00:24:17.799
They use these aliases to get through these places into

439
00:24:17.880 --> 00:24:21.720
these people under the radar, so no one knows and

440
00:24:21.799 --> 00:24:25.759
they can never link them because and then they also

441
00:24:25.920 --> 00:24:28.559
and it also at the same time causes confusion when

442
00:24:28.559 --> 00:24:31.240
people are trying to figure out things, because they'll change

443
00:24:31.279 --> 00:24:34.359
the spelling, they'll add a letter, they'll add an initial,

444
00:24:34.440 --> 00:24:38.119
they'll put they'll change the the whole name around. Instead

445
00:24:38.119 --> 00:24:41.000
of Jack Terrence, it could be Terrence Jack. Just for

446
00:24:41.039 --> 00:24:43.880
an example, like they do this and that is a

447
00:24:44.119 --> 00:24:47.119
tactic of the CIA, So that just shows you that

448
00:24:47.359 --> 00:24:51.680
he had learned this from somewhere well.

449
00:24:51.720 --> 00:24:54.359
And I remember when we were talking with Terry B

450
00:24:54.519 --> 00:24:58.000
in regards to his name. So Lisa Maurice self being

451
00:24:58.079 --> 00:25:02.319
Jack's first wife and the ability what's that?

452
00:25:03.240 --> 00:25:04.319
Oh there, he's clear?

453
00:25:04.400 --> 00:25:06.960
Now, Okay, yeah, you were kind of garbled there in

454
00:25:07.000 --> 00:25:12.400
the end too, But that Lisa Maurice cell or Litha

455
00:25:12.519 --> 00:25:18.160
Marie self. Uh, the last name self being a knoll

456
00:25:18.279 --> 00:25:20.319
or a void in the system. So when you ran

457
00:25:20.400 --> 00:25:22.440
that name, you weren't really going to come up with

458
00:25:22.480 --> 00:25:25.640
anything because it keyed into too many different things rather

459
00:25:25.720 --> 00:25:27.880
than a person. And I think it was just the

460
00:25:27.960 --> 00:25:31.200
last name self itself that he was talking about. But

461
00:25:31.240 --> 00:25:36.000
then in Jack's case, because he was J. W. Terrence, again,

462
00:25:36.160 --> 00:25:39.200
you have that null or that void in being able

463
00:25:39.200 --> 00:25:41.759
to locate who he is or settle in on one

464
00:25:41.799 --> 00:25:46.400
person because J. W. Terrence truly is his name, but

465
00:25:46.440 --> 00:25:48.480
he's not going by that. He's going by John, or

466
00:25:48.480 --> 00:25:51.039
he's going by Jack, or he's you know whatever whatever

467
00:25:52.559 --> 00:25:56.039
uh identification he's setting up for himself through all these

468
00:25:56.039 --> 00:25:58.759
different companies which we would call being on the grid.

469
00:25:58.839 --> 00:26:02.440
Jack is technically not a magrid because nothing is the

470
00:26:02.480 --> 00:26:05.319
same between what you see from one pill to the

471
00:26:05.359 --> 00:26:09.720
next or from one item to the next. So if

472
00:26:09.759 --> 00:26:14.200
Flova is in a nursing home, then Jack technically isn't

473
00:26:14.240 --> 00:26:17.279
being responsible for anything. He's got nothing but free tight

474
00:26:17.359 --> 00:26:19.559
on his hands because he's not having to take care

475
00:26:19.599 --> 00:26:22.119
of his mother as he had indicated that he was

476
00:26:22.160 --> 00:26:23.920
going to do. I have to go back to take

477
00:26:24.000 --> 00:26:25.920
care of mom. She's in a nursing home.

478
00:26:27.640 --> 00:26:27.839
Well.

479
00:26:27.839 --> 00:26:30.240
And then the other person that another character we've just

480
00:26:30.359 --> 00:26:34.880
talked about before, also used the same tactic many times,

481
00:26:34.920 --> 00:26:37.640
which is John Walsh. No one knows, but it's John

482
00:26:37.759 --> 00:26:40.519
Edward Walsh junior. No one knows that he's a junior.

483
00:26:40.559 --> 00:26:43.240
You don't ever see that. I had to dig to

484
00:26:43.279 --> 00:26:47.720
find that and verified it through Magan, his daughter, that

485
00:26:47.920 --> 00:26:50.720
he definitely, in fact is a junior. But he hates

486
00:26:50.759 --> 00:26:54.240
to go put junior apparently, she said on the end

487
00:26:54.279 --> 00:26:57.640
of his last name. Never uses this middle name or initial.

488
00:26:57.920 --> 00:27:00.559
It's always just John Walsh and that's it. He hates

489
00:27:00.680 --> 00:27:03.720
for anybody to put anything added to it, which is

490
00:27:03.759 --> 00:27:04.799
just crazy to me.

491
00:27:05.519 --> 00:27:10.640
Right well, and I remember my children's father was a junior.

492
00:27:11.960 --> 00:27:15.640
He was a second actually, and so the credit reporting

493
00:27:15.720 --> 00:27:20.319
agencies would take three commonalities, whether it's name, social security,

494
00:27:20.599 --> 00:27:24.759
your address, relations to somebody else, and if three of

495
00:27:24.799 --> 00:27:28.279
these items could be set, then they smacked your information together.

496
00:27:28.680 --> 00:27:31.480
So it really said on his credit report that he

497
00:27:31.559 --> 00:27:34.920
was married to his mother with three children, ah at

498
00:27:34.920 --> 00:27:38.160
the age of twenty two, because his name was Yeah.

499
00:27:38.200 --> 00:27:44.279
So it makes it literally impossible to actually separate individuals impossible. Yeah,

500
00:27:44.319 --> 00:27:47.200
And that went on for years and years. All right,

501
00:27:47.240 --> 00:27:50.599
So we do see here that he is still currently

502
00:27:50.599 --> 00:27:53.119
paying the bills for Flova at the house, which is

503
00:27:53.160 --> 00:27:56.240
the energy bill and the water supply. He is also

504
00:27:56.279 --> 00:27:58.759
paying his own bill for cable. So obviously when he

505
00:27:58.799 --> 00:28:00.799
got there he had to change it out Viz's name,

506
00:28:01.039 --> 00:28:04.440
which I didn't bring up. He had Hubert l Vez Junior,

507
00:28:04.559 --> 00:28:09.519
there's another junior, was listed on this cable bill until

508
00:28:09.720 --> 00:28:12.160
March first of ninety six, and then on April first

509
00:28:12.160 --> 00:28:14.039
of ninety six we see it in Jack's name. So

510
00:28:14.400 --> 00:28:16.680
that must have been around the time that he moved

511
00:28:16.720 --> 00:28:22.319
back to Texas to take care of mom. And you know,

512
00:28:22.400 --> 00:28:25.160
we just talked about those bills. So then on May

513
00:28:25.240 --> 00:28:28.279
of nineteen ninety six, we show calls to Lacey Washington.

514
00:28:28.680 --> 00:28:30.880
This is where Mary and Rick live. And Mary is

515
00:28:31.000 --> 00:28:35.480
Nora's daughter. So when the information showed that Jack went

516
00:28:35.519 --> 00:28:39.720
back to Texas while sending Nora off to Washington, we

517
00:28:39.839 --> 00:28:42.200
now see the phone bills and we see the phone

518
00:28:42.200 --> 00:28:45.480
calls to Lacey, Washington, which would likely be the phone

519
00:28:45.519 --> 00:28:48.839
number for Mary and Rick. I had thought at some

520
00:28:48.960 --> 00:28:52.000
point or during this point, there was a possibility that

521
00:28:52.039 --> 00:28:54.880
they were in Boulder, Colorado, but over my research this

522
00:28:54.960 --> 00:28:57.960
last week, I was able to discover that Nope, we

523
00:28:58.079 --> 00:29:01.359
definitely have Mary and Rick still in Washington. So what

524
00:29:01.440 --> 00:29:04.279
are all these phone calls to Boulder, Colorado during this year?

525
00:29:04.400 --> 00:29:06.200
You guys are about to watch and see and we're

526
00:29:06.200 --> 00:29:08.960
going to discuss those phone numbers. But so far we

527
00:29:09.000 --> 00:29:11.440
can see a whole lot of phone calls to Roseville, California.

528
00:29:11.440 --> 00:29:15.240
I'm going to assume that that's Dennis to sagein Texas.

529
00:29:15.279 --> 00:29:17.400
I'm not quite sure who he's going to be calling

530
00:29:17.440 --> 00:29:20.599
in Texas since he's in Texas, unless maybe that is

531
00:29:20.680 --> 00:29:22.319
the nursing home where mom is.

532
00:29:22.440 --> 00:29:25.920
I'm not sure what what location was it?

533
00:29:26.839 --> 00:29:28.640
What sagein Texas?

534
00:29:29.039 --> 00:29:31.920
So he actually take a note of that, he.

535
00:29:32.000 --> 00:29:34.839
Actually and maybe he's calling around for a place to live,

536
00:29:34.880 --> 00:29:38.519
because that's another thing that I noticed over here on

537
00:29:38.559 --> 00:29:42.039
this bill, he's showing the Route one box one seven

538
00:29:42.160 --> 00:29:45.680
nine J one in Dale, Texas. So my presumption was

539
00:29:45.720 --> 00:29:47.480
is that when he went back to Texas, he was

540
00:29:47.519 --> 00:29:50.519
back at mom's house, and we saw that the cable

541
00:29:50.559 --> 00:29:55.559
bill was in fact for the Route one box in Dale, Texas. Now,

542
00:29:56.039 --> 00:29:59.039
as of May nineteen ninety six, we have Southwestern bell

543
00:29:59.200 --> 00:30:02.599
bills that go to eight hundred Nelda Street, Lot twenty

544
00:30:02.680 --> 00:30:06.720
sagein Texas. So Jack didn't move back to mom's house.

545
00:30:07.400 --> 00:30:09.960
Jack moved into his own place. And maybe these phone

546
00:30:09.960 --> 00:30:12.519
calls that are recruiting on this particular bill or him

547
00:30:12.559 --> 00:30:16.440
looking for a place to live or moving into the

548
00:30:16.640 --> 00:30:21.119
new place. Now also take notice to the misspelling of

549
00:30:21.160 --> 00:30:25.119
the last name Jack Terrence with an E. Now, it

550
00:30:25.200 --> 00:30:27.680
is completely possible that people make this mistake, and I

551
00:30:27.720 --> 00:30:30.960
do see in Jack's writing beneath here saying okay, name change,

552
00:30:31.000 --> 00:30:33.839
no call forward, non listed. So he doesn't want his

553
00:30:33.920 --> 00:30:37.279
number listed. I thought, Oh, that's interesting. Why what you

554
00:30:37.359 --> 00:30:40.599
have going on, Jack, You're not like some I don't know,

555
00:30:41.200 --> 00:30:43.720
he's on disability, or at least he's attempting to get

556
00:30:43.720 --> 00:30:46.480
his disability, he's not currently working. It's not like he's

557
00:30:46.480 --> 00:30:49.240
some high falutin person that needs to hide from the public.

558
00:30:49.720 --> 00:30:53.480
But he is definitely showing his true colors with wanting

559
00:30:53.519 --> 00:30:57.240
to be incognito. And again he's in a completely different

560
00:30:57.240 --> 00:31:00.319
address than we thought he had gone to. And though

561
00:31:00.319 --> 00:31:03.119
he put the cable bill in Dale, Texas in his name,

562
00:31:04.920 --> 00:31:08.039
now here's another phone bill on five eight of nineteen

563
00:31:08.079 --> 00:31:12.160
ninety six where he's using J. W. Barnett. Now Barnett

564
00:31:12.279 --> 00:31:19.039
is Flovah's last name, is mother's maiden name, and J. W. Barnett. Obviously,

565
00:31:19.079 --> 00:31:21.759
when I looked up his it would have been his

566
00:31:22.480 --> 00:31:25.480
great grandfather because we know his dad had died, or

567
00:31:25.519 --> 00:31:27.680
would yeah, his great grandfather because it would have been

568
00:31:27.720 --> 00:31:31.759
Flova's father would have been a J. W. Barnett. However,

569
00:31:31.880 --> 00:31:33.960
J W. Barnett at the time of this bill would

570
00:31:33.960 --> 00:31:36.119
have been like a whopping one hundred and six years old,

571
00:31:36.160 --> 00:31:38.519
I believe is what I looked up because based on

572
00:31:38.599 --> 00:31:40.920
birthday pictures and telling me his age at that point

573
00:31:40.920 --> 00:31:43.640
in time suggests that this man is not alive and

574
00:31:43.680 --> 00:31:47.480
that Jack is literally using the Dale, Texas address, So

575
00:31:47.480 --> 00:31:50.359
he's using multiple addresses at the same exact time. I mean,

576
00:31:50.400 --> 00:31:55.119
it doesn't get any better than that. Let's see, so

577
00:31:55.200 --> 00:31:57.960
this is June tenth of nineteen ninety six. Three calls

578
00:31:57.960 --> 00:32:01.319
that are made to Brighton, Colorado, and this number is

579
00:32:01.319 --> 00:32:04.319
a three zero three six three seven sixty one ninety two.

580
00:32:05.440 --> 00:32:08.359
I had seen another Let's see if I can see.

581
00:32:08.400 --> 00:32:11.519
I had seen another Colorado number which I thought might

582
00:32:11.559 --> 00:32:16.200
have been the atomic clock for time. Like right, there

583
00:32:16.279 --> 00:32:19.640
used to be this number popcorn that you'd call, right,

584
00:32:20.440 --> 00:32:22.680
But I thought Popcorn was kind of a set number,

585
00:32:22.759 --> 00:32:26.680
and it's based off of the key keys, the alphabet

586
00:32:26.759 --> 00:32:29.920
keys on the phone for the number popcorn. But I

587
00:32:29.960 --> 00:32:30.119
was a.

588
00:32:31.759 --> 00:32:34.359
Kind of like when you when you're down for information.

589
00:32:35.039 --> 00:32:36.759
Yeah, yeah, when you used to hit four one one

590
00:32:36.759 --> 00:32:39.240
and get information, you would dial this number and it

591
00:32:39.319 --> 00:32:41.759
was popcorn. So the seven digits were popcorn and it

592
00:32:41.759 --> 00:32:44.880
would take you directly to the time. So if your clocks,

593
00:32:44.960 --> 00:32:46.839
if your power had gone out, you needed to reset

594
00:32:46.880 --> 00:32:49.079
your clocks. We didn't have cell phones back in these days.

595
00:32:49.359 --> 00:32:51.079
We had a number that we called to get the

596
00:32:51.119 --> 00:32:53.519
accurate time so that we could reset all of our clocks.

597
00:32:53.880 --> 00:32:56.240
So at first, I thought, well, maybe he's calling because

598
00:32:56.279 --> 00:32:59.319
of that but we're seeing phone calls into Colorado, and

599
00:32:59.400 --> 00:33:01.599
I don't know who he could possibly be calling at

600
00:33:01.599 --> 00:33:03.759
this point. I had originally thought that it had been

601
00:33:03.759 --> 00:33:05.920
Mary and Rick, but we see that he's still calling

602
00:33:05.960 --> 00:33:09.279
Lacey Washington and that's where they lived. So yeah, it's

603
00:33:09.359 --> 00:33:12.440
a it's a bit different whatever's going on here.

604
00:33:14.119 --> 00:33:16.200
Well, and let me just sell you this really crazy

605
00:33:16.279 --> 00:33:18.599
fact in between this, because says this is like a

606
00:33:18.640 --> 00:33:24.279
couple months before the husband of this of this woman

607
00:33:24.400 --> 00:33:28.359
that was people believe that wrongly convicted in a certain case.

608
00:33:28.640 --> 00:33:32.680
And I'm not going to whole detail, but her husband

609
00:33:33.119 --> 00:33:39.200
was actually had his own business with an electronic industry

610
00:33:39.799 --> 00:33:42.880
which included circuit boards.

611
00:33:43.240 --> 00:33:51.279
Uh huh, that's right, up, Jack Sally exactly. So yeah, well,

612
00:33:51.319 --> 00:33:53.079
and I wanted to just kind of briefly read some

613
00:33:53.160 --> 00:33:54.799
people know what it is that you were talking about,

614
00:33:54.839 --> 00:33:57.359
you said. On June sixth of nineteen ninety six, Damon

615
00:33:57.400 --> 00:34:00.720
and Devon Rudier were murdered in the suburban Texas town

616
00:34:00.799 --> 00:34:04.119
of Rolette. Their mom, Darley is it dar Lee or

617
00:34:04.200 --> 00:34:09.199
Darlene Darley? Darlee Rudier was found guilty and sentenced to

618
00:34:09.280 --> 00:34:13.000
death a year later, but has maintained her innocence ever since,

619
00:34:13.599 --> 00:34:16.599
It says, I think I have another case I have

620
00:34:16.639 --> 00:34:19.480
found in Texas in nineteen ninety six where and now,

621
00:34:19.559 --> 00:34:21.679
so this one's a separate case from the Rudier.

622
00:34:23.000 --> 00:34:26.280
No, that's the rudier. Okay, probably just murdered it crazy.

623
00:34:26.440 --> 00:34:30.000
But says one Number one, a woman was I believe,

624
00:34:30.039 --> 00:34:34.000
possibly wrongfully convicted of murdering her children and almost killing

625
00:34:34.039 --> 00:34:38.440
herself by slicing her own throat. But the wound to

626
00:34:38.480 --> 00:34:41.800
the neck was severely cut, almost fatal, and some experts

627
00:34:41.840 --> 00:34:44.280
say she couldn't have inflicted her own neck wound, let

628
00:34:44.320 --> 00:34:47.400
alone with her own bruises on her arms from fighting

629
00:34:47.440 --> 00:34:50.840
off an intruder if there was one. Number two another

630
00:34:50.880 --> 00:34:53.079
thing is there was no other evidence left in the

631
00:34:53.079 --> 00:34:56.000
house from another suspect. And number three the housband had

632
00:34:56.000 --> 00:34:59.559
a self made career with his own electronics company. No

633
00:34:59.679 --> 00:35:02.400
murder weapon was brought to the scene, only a kitchen

634
00:35:02.480 --> 00:35:06.360
knife used from the home kitchen. So basically, if I

635
00:35:06.440 --> 00:35:10.159
take from that she she has bruises on her forearm,

636
00:35:10.159 --> 00:35:10.920
you're saying.

637
00:35:11.400 --> 00:35:14.599
Oh, yeah, it's from and whenever I say not, just

638
00:35:14.679 --> 00:35:17.159
the like people were just probably picturing a couple of

639
00:35:17.199 --> 00:35:19.079
little bruises like you get when you fall.

640
00:35:19.519 --> 00:35:20.679
It was from like.

641
00:35:20.719 --> 00:35:24.280
Her wrist all the way to her shoulder, like this

642
00:35:24.559 --> 00:35:28.639
entire arm if you can see your arm, yeah, entire

643
00:35:28.840 --> 00:35:33.039
arm in the inside of it was completely almost black.

644
00:35:33.840 --> 00:35:36.920
It was so bruised almost like people would they they

645
00:35:36.960 --> 00:35:40.159
they described it as like it looked like her arms

646
00:35:40.159 --> 00:35:44.199
had been twisted like this and she was fighting it

647
00:35:44.320 --> 00:35:48.760
like in godcha, Yeah.

648
00:35:47.599 --> 00:35:50.239
I think it's pretty impossible to cut your own throat.

649
00:35:50.320 --> 00:35:52.960
I mean, I don't imagine that too many people could

650
00:35:53.119 --> 00:35:54.719
could do something like that.

651
00:35:55.559 --> 00:35:58.280
And she had to have surgery to because that there's

652
00:35:58.280 --> 00:36:01.599
a piece of of of usle that thin piece.

653
00:36:01.760 --> 00:36:03.559
It looks kind of like if you always thought of it.

654
00:36:03.559 --> 00:36:06.639
And when I was in nursing, as like, I always

655
00:36:06.639 --> 00:36:08.760
called it the seat belt. So it's like a seat

656
00:36:08.920 --> 00:36:10.960
It looks like a seat belt like this, and it

657
00:36:11.039 --> 00:36:16.679
goes like right here and it actually covers that artery.

658
00:36:16.719 --> 00:36:19.239
But before that, it's like a little piece of slither

659
00:36:19.400 --> 00:36:22.039
of another piece that goes over that artery and then

660
00:36:22.079 --> 00:36:26.440
that seat belt muscle goes over it. It had completely

661
00:36:27.199 --> 00:36:31.559
went through that muscle piece covering that artery where and

662
00:36:31.599 --> 00:36:34.639
then it got almost to the slither of that piece

663
00:36:34.639 --> 00:36:39.039
that covers that artery, and luckily, if it would have

664
00:36:39.079 --> 00:36:41.440
went through that little slither of piece under that little

665
00:36:41.440 --> 00:36:43.960
seat belt muscle, then she would have been dead.

666
00:36:44.360 --> 00:36:46.599
But they had to go in and.

667
00:36:47.679 --> 00:36:52.199
Actually sew up that muscle piece back together and everything.

668
00:36:52.360 --> 00:36:55.159
So I mean, I don't know how she would have

669
00:36:55.159 --> 00:36:55.599
been able to.

670
00:36:55.599 --> 00:36:59.719
Do that, especially a female. I mean, when I think

671
00:36:59.719 --> 00:37:03.360
about the possibilities like Jack pulling his own breathing tubes

672
00:37:03.400 --> 00:37:08.159
and causing himself to pass what in two thousand and six,

673
00:37:08.840 --> 00:37:10.519
he might have been able to do something like that,

674
00:37:10.599 --> 00:37:12.920
But again, all he had to do was pull a tube,

675
00:37:13.000 --> 00:37:15.880
not apply some type of damage to himself. Yeah, that

676
00:37:16.039 --> 00:37:19.400
is fairly Yeah, that's fairly heinous. I don't know of

677
00:37:19.440 --> 00:37:24.960
anybody personally do that. All right, So let's see Southwestern

678
00:37:25.000 --> 00:37:27.320
bellt So now we're also going to start seeing the

679
00:37:27.360 --> 00:37:30.280
introduction of a cell phone. So this number two one

680
00:37:30.360 --> 00:37:33.079
zero three zero three four seven four seven comes into

681
00:37:33.119 --> 00:37:35.880
play with me being able to track Jack throughout the

682
00:37:35.920 --> 00:37:38.239
rest of this year based on where he's at, because

683
00:37:38.239 --> 00:37:42.239
it actually gets to tell you place called and where

684
00:37:42.280 --> 00:37:45.840
they're calling, where they're calling to, and where they're going to.

685
00:37:46.039 --> 00:37:47.880
So we're going to see a little bit of that

686
00:37:48.000 --> 00:37:51.440
in here, and that's as of August fifteenth, nineteen ninety six. Now,

687
00:37:51.519 --> 00:37:53.480
I don't know a lot of people who could afford

688
00:37:53.480 --> 00:37:55.199
to have a cell phone during those days. So I'm

689
00:37:55.199 --> 00:37:58.199
still kind of bothered with Jack not even barely making

690
00:37:58.320 --> 00:38:00.719
disability because he's not getting it. We just saw that

691
00:38:00.800 --> 00:38:04.000
he's still waiting and still trying to get his state

692
00:38:04.039 --> 00:38:07.079
disability for not being able to work. Yet we see

693
00:38:07.159 --> 00:38:09.039
him owning a cell phone again, He's.

694
00:38:08.880 --> 00:38:10.960
Well, I know that in nineteen ninety six, my mom

695
00:38:11.000 --> 00:38:12.039
did not have a cell phone.

696
00:38:12.559 --> 00:38:15.559
I know my parents didn't. You had a major I

697
00:38:15.559 --> 00:38:17.360
think it was a pager that was going on, right.

698
00:38:17.440 --> 00:38:19.599
I think the first thing that I seen my aunt

699
00:38:19.719 --> 00:38:21.880
even have back then was a car phone.

700
00:38:24.519 --> 00:38:28.400
And those things were gigantic. They were bricks, they were

701
00:38:30.000 --> 00:38:32.800
so So that's basically where we have Jack. Jack is

702
00:38:32.840 --> 00:38:36.280
actually in Texas. So is this particular roots her murder?

703
00:38:36.360 --> 00:38:39.400
You said in Texas as well? Did you have the town?

704
00:38:40.360 --> 00:38:45.719
Yeah, yep, it was, Oh I just beat the horn

705
00:38:46.440 --> 00:38:48.360
ye quick.

706
00:38:48.599 --> 00:38:50.800
Oh town of Rolette. I will check to see where

707
00:38:50.840 --> 00:38:54.400
that is and play with Saghine and Dale, Texas, and

708
00:38:54.840 --> 00:38:56.880
keep in mind that I also think that there is

709
00:38:56.920 --> 00:38:59.800
about a two to two and a half hour UH

710
00:39:00.400 --> 00:39:03.920
proximity in which the Zodiac would have operated in if Jack,

711
00:39:04.039 --> 00:39:07.000
being that person from South Lake Tahoe, was still doing

712
00:39:07.039 --> 00:39:09.199
some killings in the Bay area. That's about the two

713
00:39:09.199 --> 00:39:11.639
to two and a half hour out time frame. So

714
00:39:12.559 --> 00:39:15.400
even anything that is occurring within about two to two

715
00:39:15.400 --> 00:39:17.559
and a half hour time frame in Texas, I believe

716
00:39:17.599 --> 00:39:22.360
that that proximity is still good for Jack. Yeah, all right,

717
00:39:22.559 --> 00:39:25.559
so that brings us too. I found all of these

718
00:39:25.639 --> 00:39:30.559
different computer commands. So this again shows the innate ability

719
00:39:30.599 --> 00:39:34.320
to program and to work with the computer system that

720
00:39:34.360 --> 00:39:38.800
most people were not even privy to, let alone know

721
00:39:39.000 --> 00:39:42.679
how to actually put in the proper doss o. My god,

722
00:39:42.960 --> 00:39:45.880
and in order to get the stuff that they wanted.

723
00:39:45.960 --> 00:39:48.519
So and then you have that husband of that circuit

724
00:39:48.519 --> 00:39:51.239
that creates circuit boards. If anyone doesn't know what a

725
00:39:51.280 --> 00:39:55.480
circuit board is, it's a computer keyboard, right, and it's

726
00:39:55.519 --> 00:39:58.119
like and it controls the circuit board inside the computer.

727
00:39:59.000 --> 00:40:00.920
And here we go, We've got all of these and

728
00:40:00.960 --> 00:40:07.239
I wow. This is actually dated July sixteenth, nineteen ninety six.

729
00:40:07.320 --> 00:40:09.880
This test where program is to be used only for

730
00:40:10.000 --> 00:40:13.679
testing purposes. Use this release with caution and back up

731
00:40:13.719 --> 00:40:17.360
your data regularly. So evidently he's either beta testing something.

732
00:40:18.559 --> 00:40:20.320
And how do you get in on that? I mean,

733
00:40:20.639 --> 00:40:23.800
I'm just I'm astonished with what Jack has and can do,

734
00:40:23.960 --> 00:40:25.920
and what he knows and what he's a part of.

735
00:40:27.000 --> 00:40:29.239
So on July fifteenth of nineteen ninety six, I have

736
00:40:29.239 --> 00:40:32.280
found a picture of Jack's brother Don and Eileen, but

737
00:40:32.320 --> 00:40:34.320
I couldn't tell whether or not they were in Texas

738
00:40:34.400 --> 00:40:37.079
or if Jack was back in California. Because Jack traveled

739
00:40:37.119 --> 00:40:39.360
back and forth so much. We know that Don, I

740
00:40:39.480 --> 00:40:42.639
believe it, during this time, was in Roseville, California, and

741
00:40:42.679 --> 00:40:46.280
lived out basically his life in Roseville, California. To my

742
00:40:46.360 --> 00:40:48.440
knowledge or at least the information that I show, that's

743
00:40:48.480 --> 00:40:51.599
the last place I had him. So this could either

744
00:40:51.639 --> 00:40:53.679
be a picture of him visiting Jack in Texas or

745
00:40:53.760 --> 00:40:57.519
Jack visiting him back in in California. I just couldn't

746
00:40:57.559 --> 00:40:59.840
actually find the picture. I was looking for it this week.

747
00:41:00.400 --> 00:41:02.760
On July seventeenth of nineteen ninety six, we had the

748
00:41:02.800 --> 00:41:05.559
new address for Jack at the eight hundred Nelda Street,

749
00:41:05.679 --> 00:41:08.920
number twenty, Singing, Texas, and it's consistent with billings are

750
00:41:08.920 --> 00:41:12.119
found through September twenty third of nineteen ninety six, So

751
00:41:12.239 --> 00:41:16.280
this address, at least based on Mayo and bills, we

752
00:41:16.440 --> 00:41:20.119
know this is where Jack is purportably at. There are

753
00:41:20.159 --> 00:41:23.840
more random calls to Boulder, Colorado. I'm finding them every

754
00:41:23.840 --> 00:41:27.119
week or two within the statements, and we're going to

755
00:41:27.159 --> 00:41:29.119
talk about I will come across that other number that

756
00:41:29.159 --> 00:41:32.360
I think may possibly have been a calling in to

757
00:41:32.480 --> 00:41:34.800
check the time, but that last number that I just

758
00:41:34.840 --> 00:41:37.639
read off certainly wasn't. So it would be interesting to

759
00:41:37.679 --> 00:41:41.079
note who he's calling in Boulder, Colorado. And why why

760
00:41:41.079 --> 00:41:44.239
did Jack keep nineteen ninety three and nineteen ninety six

761
00:41:44.320 --> 00:41:47.239
diaries of Nora? Clearly she was known to write in

762
00:41:47.280 --> 00:41:49.800
the diary. Why just these two years, the one that

763
00:41:49.840 --> 00:41:53.920
puts him in Arizona where he's at Arizona University and

764
00:41:54.000 --> 00:41:57.719
Pyramidia pre Rina Mills, and then the nineteen ninety six

765
00:41:57.880 --> 00:42:00.639
one that clearly shows that he was no with the

766
00:42:00.639 --> 00:42:03.800
family in California for at least a solid month between

767
00:42:03.800 --> 00:42:06.199
the end of November and Christmas of December.

768
00:42:07.000 --> 00:42:09.039
So well, and if you didn't have all these phone

769
00:42:09.039 --> 00:42:13.159
records and things, you still would have her diary to

770
00:42:13.280 --> 00:42:15.639
pinpoint him that he wasn't in California.

771
00:42:16.360 --> 00:42:19.239
Yeah, he wasn't there, but the diary would have only

772
00:42:19.239 --> 00:42:22.000
told us that he had purportedly gone back to Texas

773
00:42:22.039 --> 00:42:23.920
to take care of his mom again. But once again,

774
00:42:23.960 --> 00:42:26.880
she's in a nursing home. How much care can you

775
00:42:26.960 --> 00:42:29.719
be providing when the nurses and doctors are there taking

776
00:42:29.760 --> 00:42:32.400
care of her. You could be there to visit. Then

777
00:42:32.400 --> 00:42:33.800
we know we loved his mom.

778
00:42:34.280 --> 00:42:37.599
But you don't live in an area just to just

779
00:42:37.599 --> 00:42:39.800
to live there just to go visit every on then.

780
00:42:40.239 --> 00:42:44.760
Right, right, So on September third of nineteen ninety six,

781
00:42:45.000 --> 00:42:48.519
here are some more Oh, oh, this is the phone number.

782
00:42:48.559 --> 00:42:50.920
So on September third of nineteen ninety six, there's another

783
00:42:50.960 --> 00:42:53.480
call made to Boulder, Colorado. It's a three zero three

784
00:42:53.599 --> 00:42:56.920
four ninety four four seven seven four. I wrote down

785
00:42:57.000 --> 00:43:00.360
possibly checking time, just because I knew that act was

786
00:43:00.360 --> 00:43:04.199
infatuated with the atomic clock and the accuracy of time,

787
00:43:04.360 --> 00:43:07.639
and that comes out of Boulder, Colorado. I'm not sure

788
00:43:07.639 --> 00:43:10.039
that this number actively goes to that. I didn't actually

789
00:43:10.079 --> 00:43:12.320
try to call it, and maybe I should have. I

790
00:43:12.400 --> 00:43:15.079
just assumed anything that old is probably not working anymore.

791
00:43:15.119 --> 00:43:17.360
But if it is for time, but it still still

792
00:43:17.400 --> 00:43:17.719
be good.

793
00:43:18.760 --> 00:43:23.039
But I have a system that I use for UH

794
00:43:23.360 --> 00:43:26.119
to look things up, and so I can plug that

795
00:43:26.239 --> 00:43:27.960
number in there and it will tell me even if

796
00:43:28.000 --> 00:43:30.840
it does that number doesn't work anymore, or if it

797
00:43:30.920 --> 00:43:34.880
was even if it was re given to someone like

798
00:43:34.920 --> 00:43:37.920
which normally they do, it would still tell me that

799
00:43:38.079 --> 00:43:41.719
all the background information of whoever had any connection to

800
00:43:41.800 --> 00:43:44.920
that number, you know, it goes all the way back

801
00:43:44.960 --> 00:43:47.559
to the beginning of when the number was created.

802
00:43:47.639 --> 00:43:51.840
So I mean, oh, yeah, I'll be able to see who.

803
00:43:51.719 --> 00:43:55.280
Had that number. Oh that would be extremely interesting. So

804
00:43:55.360 --> 00:43:59.199
we have both of those those Colorado numbers that we

805
00:43:59.199 --> 00:44:01.039
were already at the end this time. I guess I

806
00:44:01.119 --> 00:44:04.480
tried to send that email to Nolan and it didn't

807
00:44:04.519 --> 00:44:07.639
make it too So maybe now I'm having an issue

808
00:44:07.960 --> 00:44:16.239
with me. That is just weird all in all.

809
00:44:16.360 --> 00:44:17.280
That is so weird.

810
00:44:19.400 --> 00:44:21.559
Well, and you know, like right now that they've they've

811
00:44:21.559 --> 00:44:24.199
brought up the John and A case again this year,

812
00:44:24.239 --> 00:44:27.199
and they have they have stated a couple of times,

813
00:44:27.239 --> 00:44:29.480
we're determined we're going to solve it this year, and

814
00:44:29.559 --> 00:44:32.159
that was just kind of weird. How are you how

815
00:44:32.199 --> 00:44:34.280
are you going to know that you're going to solve it, right,

816
00:44:34.320 --> 00:44:35.000
like this year?

817
00:44:36.800 --> 00:44:39.000
Right, you don't know that?

818
00:44:39.199 --> 00:44:43.280
So no, oh, that's what they're saying in the rhetoric

819
00:44:43.360 --> 00:44:44.360
is that they're going to solve it.

820
00:44:44.400 --> 00:44:48.000
That's what the rhetoric is is is uh is pointing

821
00:44:48.039 --> 00:44:50.400
to It's like, we're determined, this is the use is

822
00:44:50.440 --> 00:44:51.840
going to be the year We're going to solve it.

823
00:44:51.920 --> 00:44:52.639
You know how they do.

824
00:44:53.079 --> 00:44:55.360
And then it's just kind of like a prologue to

825
00:44:56.079 --> 00:44:58.679
what their little plan is already kind of like.

826
00:44:59.360 --> 00:45:01.719
Oh yeah, yeah, they're setting us up for what they

827
00:45:01.880 --> 00:45:04.719
want and they're going to sell. This will be great.

828
00:45:04.760 --> 00:45:06.599
This will be interesting to see what they come up with.

829
00:45:08.360 --> 00:45:10.760
So back to this one. On September thirteenth of nineteen

830
00:45:10.800 --> 00:45:13.119
ninety six, I have a receipt with Jack's address on

831
00:45:13.199 --> 00:45:16.280
Nelda Street, but it's for Gerald Tarns. So we've got

832
00:45:16.320 --> 00:45:22.880
a different person listed. What did you say, Geral Tarns?

833
00:45:22.920 --> 00:45:26.360
How did t ar n a s t A r

834
00:45:26.639 --> 00:45:30.039
n s is what I had down, Gerald Tarns and

835
00:45:30.159 --> 00:45:34.519
jural is spelled j E r L. It's listed at

836
00:45:34.599 --> 00:45:37.800
the Singine address and it is addressing the eighty seven

837
00:45:37.840 --> 00:45:41.000
suburban that I had in Jack's name. It looks like

838
00:45:41.039 --> 00:45:45.039
they're checking for ac free on level. But why is

839
00:45:45.079 --> 00:45:47.400
the ticket in Geral Tarn's name when we know that

840
00:45:48.159 --> 00:45:50.480
Jack owns it? And then when I look at the

841
00:45:50.639 --> 00:45:53.320
signature of Jack Terrence down here on the bottom, this

842
00:45:53.400 --> 00:45:59.519
is not Jack's signature. So this is somebody else signing Jack.

843
00:46:00.159 --> 00:46:02.280
Just glance at that and tell that's not his signature.

844
00:46:02.719 --> 00:46:07.039
Yeah, that's not his signature, and so what well, And

845
00:46:07.079 --> 00:46:10.039
it's leftward slanted almost, I mean with these kind of

846
00:46:10.079 --> 00:46:11.440
going backwards.

847
00:46:11.920 --> 00:46:14.599
Yeah, my dad, my dad, and my brother are left handed,

848
00:46:14.599 --> 00:46:17.760
and they definitely that definitely does look like a left hander.

849
00:46:19.039 --> 00:46:21.679
I'm a left hander, but sometimes people it's a choice

850
00:46:21.679 --> 00:46:24.280
for them to write with that leftward slant. And typically speaking,

851
00:46:24.320 --> 00:46:26.800
any type of a leftward trend in graphology means that

852
00:46:26.840 --> 00:46:29.199
you're clinging to the past, either due to lack of

853
00:46:29.280 --> 00:46:34.719
nurture or afraid of moving forward. So left handedness doesn't

854
00:46:34.760 --> 00:46:37.719
technically determine whether or not we're going to have a

855
00:46:37.800 --> 00:46:40.480
leftward slant. It is definitely a choice because you're taught

856
00:46:40.519 --> 00:46:44.320
to write forward with a right word. So that's a

857
00:46:44.440 --> 00:46:47.480
very interesting concept. But I myself, as a left handed person,

858
00:46:47.599 --> 00:46:51.159
I write fairly perpendicular uh, and I and I do

859
00:46:51.199 --> 00:46:54.079
not curve my hand over as you've probably seen your

860
00:46:54.199 --> 00:46:58.719
family members do being a left handed Actually, yeah, so

861
00:46:58.760 --> 00:47:01.480
I'm perpendicular. I'm straight up and down basically, and I

862
00:47:01.599 --> 00:47:04.199
do not wrap my hand because I don't like running

863
00:47:04.199 --> 00:47:06.079
my hand through ink as.

864
00:47:06.000 --> 00:47:09.280
Gross well, and I can verify what you're saying too.

865
00:47:09.400 --> 00:47:12.159
Also on the other hand, because I actually work with

866
00:47:12.239 --> 00:47:15.639
two people, which I've never worked with two left handed

867
00:47:15.679 --> 00:47:17.360
people before in the same building.

868
00:47:17.719 --> 00:47:21.400
But they actually I never noticed even.

869
00:47:21.320 --> 00:47:23.440
Knew that they were left handed, because usually you can tell,

870
00:47:23.960 --> 00:47:27.079
and I've seen their writing when I first started with them,

871
00:47:27.119 --> 00:47:29.679
and I was like, wow, you're left handed, and they're

872
00:47:29.679 --> 00:47:31.760
like yeah, I'm like both y'all are left handed, and

873
00:47:31.800 --> 00:47:34.000
I'm seeing y'all's writing and it doesn't look like a

874
00:47:34.119 --> 00:47:36.840
left handed at all, So you know, so you're definitely

875
00:47:36.960 --> 00:47:38.360
right about that for sure.

876
00:47:38.519 --> 00:47:43.159
Yeah. So I tried not to determine handedness, age, and

877
00:47:43.480 --> 00:47:46.360
gender when it comes to handwriting, because you can be

878
00:47:46.480 --> 00:47:51.159
ultimately wrong. Well, Noelan, it's good to have you here.

879
00:47:52.679 --> 00:47:55.920
I know we almost made it into John Benet Ramsey.

880
00:47:56.000 --> 00:47:58.679
We are at September of nineteen ninety six at this

881
00:47:58.760 --> 00:48:01.159
point and of course, we're down to the final minutes

882
00:48:01.280 --> 00:48:04.920
or so two minutes probably that we've got left here

883
00:48:04.920 --> 00:48:08.840
of the show, and we've just been talking about the

884
00:48:08.960 --> 00:48:11.280
moving of Jack. So we had Jack move back to

885
00:48:11.320 --> 00:48:14.199
Texas supposedly to take care of his mom, and then

886
00:48:14.400 --> 00:48:17.320
Nora went to Washington. So we see all these phone

887
00:48:17.360 --> 00:48:20.599
calls to Washington, which is likely Jack attempting to contact

888
00:48:20.639 --> 00:48:23.679
Nora there while he's in Texas. But we see him

889
00:48:23.719 --> 00:48:27.119
bouncing back between two addresses, and we see that there

890
00:48:27.159 --> 00:48:30.079
are payments to a nursing home for his mom, so

891
00:48:30.320 --> 00:48:32.000
he really didn't go back to take care of his

892
00:48:32.039 --> 00:48:34.639
mom if his mom was in a nursing home. I'm

893
00:48:34.679 --> 00:48:36.880
finding things that we get a little off, a little

894
00:48:36.880 --> 00:48:37.559
strange here.

895
00:48:38.519 --> 00:48:40.119
He had other intentions.

896
00:48:40.920 --> 00:48:43.760
Yeah, And lots of phone calls to Boulder, Colorado. And

897
00:48:43.800 --> 00:48:47.519
now that we've established that Nora is in Washington with

898
00:48:47.679 --> 00:48:50.320
Mary and Rick, we know that Mary and Rick are

899
00:48:50.360 --> 00:48:52.880
not in Colorado, So the phone calls that are taking

900
00:48:52.880 --> 00:48:55.800
place to Colorado are not to family members to my

901
00:48:55.960 --> 00:48:58.480
knowledge at this point. But we do see that he

902
00:48:58.559 --> 00:49:01.400
is actively using a cell phone. He's doing some type

903
00:49:01.400 --> 00:49:04.360
of a beta test program for computer software, in which

904
00:49:04.400 --> 00:49:07.960
case that's giving him commands and how to work the program.

905
00:49:08.079 --> 00:49:09.800
There's a lot of things that are going on right

906
00:49:09.840 --> 00:49:12.079
now in nineteen ninety six for Jack that most of

907
00:49:12.119 --> 00:49:14.159
the average public did not have access to.

908
00:49:15.480 --> 00:49:18.880
Yeah, okay, real quick, before we get off the air,

909
00:49:19.199 --> 00:49:23.519
I watched on the History Channel Unexplained Mysteries. They had

910
00:49:23.559 --> 00:49:26.719
a segment on dB Cooper, and the theory on this

911
00:49:26.800 --> 00:49:30.199
one was that he made this may have been a

912
00:49:30.239 --> 00:49:32.360
CIA black awe.

913
00:49:36.679 --> 00:49:40.480
Well, they were doing all said that they're doing all

914
00:49:40.559 --> 00:49:43.159
kinds of hijackings at this time, So why did the

915
00:49:43.199 --> 00:49:45.840
CIA need to, you know, test whether or not it

916
00:49:45.880 --> 00:49:48.679
could possibly be done? But that, I mean, it's not

917
00:49:48.760 --> 00:49:50.320
too far off the mark for what I think that

918
00:49:50.400 --> 00:49:51.679
Jack was involved.

919
00:49:51.280 --> 00:49:55.039
With, right, he was part of a team.

920
00:49:56.159 --> 00:50:01.079
Yeah, bigger operations. And wait, I show you guys the

921
00:50:01.119 --> 00:50:04.719
handwriting and John Bennet Ramsey letter and what really solidified

922
00:50:04.760 --> 00:50:06.400
the fact that I think the jet could have been

923
00:50:06.440 --> 00:50:08.679
involved with it. He may not have been the murderer,

924
00:50:08.719 --> 00:50:10.800
but he definitely wrote this letter in my mind.

925
00:50:11.559 --> 00:50:11.760
Yeah.

926
00:50:12.239 --> 00:50:14.559
And also the last point, the jet that was involved

927
00:50:14.559 --> 00:50:17.440
in dB Cooper was a jet that the CIA used

928
00:50:17.480 --> 00:50:23.320
during Vietnam Go figure out, So anyone, yeah, with military experience,

929
00:50:23.679 --> 00:50:27.639
knows that you can jump out, parachute out of that plane.

930
00:50:28.000 --> 00:50:31.119
You know, you could lower the whatever they did, all right,

931
00:50:31.239 --> 00:50:34.079
and jump out without harming anyone in the in the

932
00:50:34.079 --> 00:50:34.840
plane itself.

933
00:50:35.199 --> 00:50:37.000
We're going to pick back up on this next week.

934
00:50:37.039 --> 00:50:39.400
We've already ran out of time. Nolan, I'm sorry that

935
00:50:39.440 --> 00:50:42.159
I didn't get you on until just now, but we'll

936
00:50:42.159 --> 00:50:45.000
see you guys next Friday. Thank you everybody for joining us,

937
00:50:45.119 --> 00:50:46.679
and have a wonderful weekend.

938
00:50:47.320 --> 00:50:48.239
Hi everybody, So

939
00:51:03.280 --> 00:51:06.960
Anything, anything,
